Camped unpowered for a night while traveling through. Facilities were good, location stunning. Played a round of golf - great country course. Paid camping and golf fees, thank you for providing such a great place to stay and play, will be back.

Camped for 3 nights, beautiful location and as we were the only ones there, our dog could be off lead (when no golfers about). Immaculate facilities, really nice spot. Have fire pits too so used the last of our wood before fireban season kicks in.

Used the caravan park and we couldn't be happier. Lovely grasses sites, hot showers and a golf course, how does this get better?

UPDATE: 27/1/23 Another three day trip starting at Lake Albert Golf club in the morning, followed by Kingston GC that afternoon and stayed there overnight at the Crown Inn hotel. In the morning we played Robe followed by Lucindale GC in the afternoon. We stayed overnight at Naracoorte Hotel and played Naracoorte golf club in the morning and Keith golf club in the afternoon. All courses have grassed fairways and greens and are of a high standard. Total cost for 6 rounds of golf including accommodation was $270 each …..great value and we had a great time.Lucindale Golf Course was in excellent condition. Greens were great to putt on. Fairways had really good coverage of grass with excellent roll. We chatted with Don the greenkeeper and complimented him on the condition of the course…….. Don has worked there for 30 years!! The course has a great layout. We always enjoy playing Lucindale. One of our favourites on the Limestone coast.Updated 25/12/21 - Golfing Trip to the Limestone CoastLake Albert Golf club at Meningie was our first stopover on a short three day golfing trip down the Limestone Coast. We also played Kingston that afternoon and stayed there overnight at the Crown Inn hotel ($60 for twin). In the morning we played Robe followed by Beachport in the afternoon. We stayed overnight at the Grand Hotel in Millicent ($60 for twin). On our last day we played Millicent golf club in the morning and Lucindale golf club in the afternoon. All courses have grassed fairways and greens and are of a high standard. Total cost for 6 rounds of golf including accommodation was $230 each …..great value and a great time to be had!!!Out all the courses we played we thought that Lucindale was in the best condition. The course is located in a very quiet, peaceful and undulating setting. Amazingly there are 12 grassed tennis courts next to the course. We met a group of very welcoming locals who were camping at the on-site facility for couple of days over Christmas. Nothing has changed since our last visit. The fairways had excellent grass coverage. The bunkers were well-maintained as was the rough. The undulating greens were excellent to putt on. Be sure to add Lucindale golf course to your bucket list of courses to play in country SAJan 2021 Golfing TripOur golfing group went on a 3 day golfing trip from our homes in Adelaide driving to and playing Naracoorte and then Penola on day one followed by Mount Gambier golf club (Attamura) and Blue Lakes golf club on day two then finishing off playing Millicent and then Lucindale on day three. All courses have WATERED FAIRWAYS AND GREENS.We had a fantastic time and can highly recommend this as a great “short” golfing holiday.Lucindale golf course was in excellent condition. It has an undulating layout in a very peaceful setting. The greens and fairways were in excellent condition. Members were very welcoming and should be justifiably proud of their golf course. We had an excellent day out.

Fantastic hospitality! My friends and I all stayed at the Lucindale Country Club when we travelled down for the Triple J One Night Stand Festival. I will admit that we didn't have high expectations, due to it being a country town and not knowing what to expect. But the Country Club honestly blew us all away with how professional and organised they were! We were greeted immediately upon arrival and offered wristbands, a map and were escorted directly to our campsite. The Club had shuttle buses running constantly to and from the festival, and made sure that every camper had Rob's number to make sure that we always had a safe way home. We were offered lunch, dinner and breakfast in the morning, so that we didn't have to go without good food while camping. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism, organisation and most of all, the hospitality. Could not recommend enough!
