I have been going to Leeon Pilates for 8 years now.The personal service is next to none. To be surrounded by knowledgeable caring instructors that pays attention to every individual’s aches and pains is very rare in a group class.There’s many different classes available for all fitness levels.Leeon Pilates’ niche is definitely the personal care I have received in comparison to other fitness centres.I highly recommend a few private lessons with Brad( the owner ) as he really helped me recognise how off-sided my posture was and how imbalanced my legs were. These are valuable lessons for me as I can prevent more problems in the long run. He’s amazingly knowledgeable and is very motivated!Brad liaised with my physio to find out my problem areas, followed up with prevention techniques and then a strengthening regime to get me stronger.Debbie, Nicole and Brad have just been amazing in taking the extra step to look after me. I’m so grateful and highly highly recommend Leeon Pilates if you are after personal care. All the staff are friendly and personable.It’s a fun group atmosphere where everyone can gain results and enjoy each other’s company at the same time.

Exceptional studio. The teachers are very experienced and qualified - they know how to challenge you while also ensuring any medical issues or limitations are addressed. Small groups and no “set and forget” routines. The wonderful friendly and supportive community is also a bonus

Leeon Studio Pilates is fantastic. They offer allegre classes, zoom classes, studio classes with a maximum of four students per instructor or individual sessions. All the instructors are highly qualified and are able to work with you to achieve any goal whether it be rehab or fitness related, or just relaxation. Everyone is friendly and there is a real sense of community. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

The team at Leeon helped me through a difficult pregnancy and helped repair my ab separation & pelvic floor issues. They are professional & highly skilled, wouldn't go anywhere else for Pilates.
