Free camp by a bridge, large grassy areas, the toilet building was taped of like a condemned building so there is no toilet there (August 2022) Great spot to stop for the night, though. No amenities.

Beautiful area to stay and free camp. Quiet and well utilised by travellers.There are toilet facilities but I didn't use these so I cannot comment on them.Highly recommended.

Very nice location, river / creek was lovely on the hot day we were there.Plenty of areas to choose from under shady accorn trees.One negative was that the long drop toilets were out of action due to being storm damaged.

Great little camp spot with 2 s sides/designated areas to set up.With a great little kid/pet friendly waste deep river to swim in.

Old Ventures area 35 years ago, there used to be a hall across the road with the bridge. 1st Wangaratta Ventures lol. Trout fishing, redfin and Platypus. EDI what a stunning spot!

We have a stop here and spent a night. Too busy sometimes but has a plenty space near the river. Caravan and car can park anywhere.
