Steer Clear of BSA. It's a factory of boats and staff turn over. The service was terrible and Andy's inability to understand when there is a problem was phenomenal.Over and over again, the boat was left in a terrible state, broken parts which remained broken for months on end. Steering that didn't work properly, unregistered tender, cockroaches, gauges not working, toilets' continually broken, boat not being serviced on time etc etc etc etc.Excuse after excuse..Stay away!!

Andy and his team are the best. I had a boat through BSA a few years back and I’m getting another one!!!

i would like to have my say about this company..... please understand i am a father of 13 children [ 7 girls and 6 boys] and run my own company...[yes im a bizzy man and yes i do own a tv..lol ] i was about to buy a 29 ft boat and found a marina to park it.... this exercise was costing me over $300,000 with $250 a week marina fees and $3000 a year anti fawl costing...... i could not justify this much money outlayed....im 59 years old and thinking if i dont have a go now ill be too old to soon.....i rang saturday arvo to BSA.... Tristen gave me an hour of his time on his day off [ great start ]....he invited me to come have a look on sunday morning at 7am. [ which i did ].....the cleaning and maintaince crew invited me on board to all there boats and kept an eye on my kids while i asked questions.... [ 10 out of 10 guys ].... monday i was in the office early to review legals.... all staff treated me like familly.... never in my life have i been this impressed with a company.... we spent 2 hours going over all boats big and bigger ...what would suit my budget.....and how they could help me with my want of owning a bigger boat.....tuesday i paid my deposit on a 40 footer... [YA HOOOOOOOOO] ...thursday i started my training day with IAN [ top skipper with all credentials ] staying on the aircondiioned boat thursday night .... friday more traing then handed the keys to stay on the boat till sunday....i spent the friday night at darling harbour warf with familly staying the next 2 nights .....what a BLAST .....returning the boat i tied off [ BSA staff tied off for me ] and walked away...BSA then clean the boat ...top up the tanks ..empty the toilet ...fill the fresh water tank that feeds the hot shower and 3 sinks...fresh sheets on the 3 beds and re stocks the mini bar......hows that for PROFESHIONAL SERVICE..............BSA you guys are AWSOME....CANT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH ABOUT YOU... Limousine Service - I have been researching boat shares and syndication's for many years and have never really felt comfortable with any offering. This was until I was introduced by chance to BSA. I started my research with a basic phone call and have felt from that day that BSA operated a very good business that puts the customer first regardless whether you buy into a tinny or a 88 foot monster. I asked so many questions and they had the right answers every time. Their calm and flexible approach really made me fell comfortable into entering one of their syndication. Now we are in, we are over the moon. They have kept up every promise and nothing is an issue. Thanks BSA. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Boats kept in immaculate condition, workers are always super kind . I have no bad words for the BSA located at Spit.
