I purchased a frozen 9Dorf chicken from their stand at the 2017 Regional Flavours held in South Brisbane QLD and decided it's time to oven bake her after a couple of days thawing in the fridge. WOW! I have been transported back to my childhood - what a delicious taste and texture of the meat - and I can't rave more about the crispy skin. Plus, I didn't do anything gourmet - just a light coating of [rice bran] oil + sprinkled with sea salt & into the oven she went. Although I typically purchase organic roast chooks from my local IGA and like what I taste, I've realised that what I have cooked at home from 9Dorf is remarkably different. Well done 9Dorfl! I hope to visit your farm in the future.

I recently attended a Farm tour day with the kids. We all had such a great morning leaning and experiencing the aquaculture system, the pasture raised chickens for eggs and meat. We all had a fantastic time and the learned so much about healthy happy food and farming. Very inspiring to meet such passionate farmers.

Absolutely the best tasting chicken honey and herb sausages i have ever tasted have been buying from them for 2 years now and will continuing supporting local businesses when they have high quality foods.

Open house once a month. Very cool to get a tour of the sustainable operations of a meat and fish farm. Learnt a lot and was inspired!

They are doing a B and B now with a farm experience and meals. Well worth it.

Such a great experience to see a working farm, where sustainable, ethically sound food comes from. 9Dorf farms are doing a great job, so no wonder their produce is in such great demand. Would highly recommend a tour.
