Drive through promised 2 minute wait. 7 minutes later, with no food, I drove back through to get a refund. Food cost me about $14, they refunded me just under $12... I didn't bother mentioning this as I didn't think they could handle it.

Sadly i have to write a 1 star review for Glendale McDonalds. We have used them handful of times through Menulog, and every single time they forget something from the order, the most recent one being the hotcakes from an order with justLarge Hotcakes meal, with Caramel FrappeEgg Bacon MuffinNuggetsLarge coke.So they can see that on their screens, and some how they delivered the egg and bacon muffin, the nuggets and coke, they also some how supplied the Caramel frappe and hasbrown from the Hotcakes meal, but magically forgot the hotcakes.I completely understand if it was in store, and they miss heard the order, but this was from an online order, with a receipt, all they had to do was follow a checklist and some how still missed items.As i said, this was just the most recent, i have never had an order been received from glendale without SOMETHING missing. And their only action they can provide is to make you come down and pick up the item they forgot.So basically i won't be ordering from Glendale anymore, because they are unable to fulfil orders without making mistakes and the only way to get the items you ordered is at your own cost to go down and get them. If that was me at my job constantly making mistakes i would fired, i am not sure why this is completely tolarated at this store.Again, i am sorry for writting such a negative review, but if these aren't brought up, things will never change, and hopefully this makes other customers be very careful and choose wisely and maybe shop somewhere else.

Ordered a Mac spicy burger, one in a meal and one by itself. The chicken spicy in the burger were over fried and extreme hard. No value for money! People are paying for their food so it’s your duty of care to provide them with the rightly cooked food!

We got breakfast on Sunday morning, a treat we normally reserve for someone's birthday. The hotcakes were good, but my husband and I got McMuffins, which looked like a bite was taken out of them but was more likely just squished before cooking. And the muffins were also way over cooked. So hard to bite into. I think the coffee machine needs a good clean out too, or the coffee or milk was burnt, weird taste to it. Really disappointed our rare treat was ruined.

If I could give a zero star's I would, the service was absolutely appalling. I ordered a large chips that had barely anything in them and they were cold with no salt.

Now I have had a vendetta with this McDonald's since around 2019 and they have continued to mess up every meal I've gotten since then and we're completely unapologetic about messing up my order and essentially blaming me for it.However, there has been a redemption arc as of 05/04/2023 where at about 11:20pm I ordered, a guy with a black puffy jacket and what looked like a mullet had served me at drive thru and when I got my food, the chips were well salted, the burger in immaculate condition and all served rather quickly so I commend whoever was working at that time and hope you guys can continue to redeem yourselves because it did not look like the same crew members I'd had issues with in the past. The double cheeseburger was a single hence the 4 stars but I appreciate the rest of the improvement.

Buy coffee every morning same time not a busy time either 5.30 am always weak warm milk instead of waking me up it put me to sleep , have mentioned several times and there answer is to drive back around and they’ll fix it well guess what same next trip around . Get your act together.
