Specs 2-4-1 Optometrist
ordered spectacles and was later advised that they are ready for collection. Went to the Baldivis shop only to find it closed today (01 Sept 2014). No sign in the window - no answer from the phone. Called the main branch in Perth to be advised that the staff is sick. No apology, no suggestion of what to do now!

Definitely try them out… I’ve been to couple of optometrists before and today for the first time I was given information about my eyes and lenses/glasses I’ve never heard before. Very helpful services that actually help you pick your glasses with honest / kind / funny feedback. Can’t wait to get my new specs.

It’s the optometrist I prefer to go to, their range of frames is always good. But more than anything else the customer service is outstanding. I have other optometrists nearby, but I travel all the way to this Vic Park business to buy my prescription glasses.

I had to get emergency contact lenses. Not only were Specs 2-4-1 open on the Saturday of the Easter weekend, but they were very accommodating. They helped me get an eye test done quickly and the right contact lenses. Very grateful for their friendly and professional service!

After some negative experiences at a different optometrist a year or two ago, 2-4-1 in East Vic Park was a breath of fresh air. My eye test was performed excellently by the friendly and personable Kerry, and then Shane let me browse for new frames on my own before guiding me through my purchase at the end. Both staff were helpful and welcoming, and I felt comfortable at every step.The range of spectacles isn't expansive, but there are some great options nonetheless and I left feeling very excited to pick up my funky new frames next week!I'll be back next year for another pair, without a doubt. Thanks 2-4-1!

Dropped in for some advice and to make a booking. The lady I was speaking to checked my current specs for the prescription and I was pleasently surprised when I went to use them later she had tightened the arms.....thank you...great service.
