I had 3 hypnotherapy sessions with Louise in August/Sept 2022 a few months into my weight loss journey (in which I’d already lost about 10kgs). I wanted to do something different to previous attempts at trying to gain control for my health (which had previously been ‘lose 10kgs, put back 13kgs’!) I’d never tried hypnotherapy and to be honest I was a bit of sceptic, but I kept an open mind as I genuinely motivated to make sustainable life changes and was keen to try something new. Louise made me feel very comfortable and took time to understand my motivation and history which I really appreciated. Fast forward 9 months and I have lost 30kg and feel I am in control of my life and the health choices I make. I highly recommend Louise as a counsellor and hypnotherapist - she was able to tap into the strength thatI didn’t know I had!
