THE BEST. Saved my life - when at my Motel (Beenleigh Village Motel) the hot water system died at the worst possible time ever, 3:00pm on Friday, before Christmas with a full house booked for the weekend. Called my regular hot water specialist - not interested on a Friday arvo. Adept turned up within the hour, got a temporary unit fitted up. Had a complete new and improved system fully plumbed in and running within the next few days. The holiday season at the motel was great for all my guests and a great relief me. It is refreshing to deal with mature, professional people who understood my predicament as a business and did not, as the other Tradie said See you after Christmas" Thank God for Adept Plumbing

We required a Plumber to install some new sets of Basin tapware. I asked on my local Suburb facebook page for recommendations and Adept Plumbing came highly recommended. Contacted them and received a very prompt response. Tap ware was fitted and we mentioned that we thought we may have a water leak somewhere due to our Water bill charges. Andrea emailed us asking did we want to have this checked out and yes, thank goodness, we did.Special thanks to Matt (Owner) and Matt G who attended site to first of all find the leak, which was not an easy task, but eventually tracked it down and then went about determining the best way to fix it. To say we are thrilled with the outcome would be an understatement. If the problem was left too much longer we may have had a much larger problem after seeing the state of the pipe that was causing the leak. So Matt & Matt G - a very big thank you.I was not aware that you could contact Urban Utilities to claim a rebate for the excess water charges but Andrea had put the details on the Invoice so I lodged a claim.Within days I had a call from Urban Utilities verifying that we were entitled to a credit and although it wasn't a large credit it was better than nothing. The Urban Utilities representative even mentioned that they were impressed how the Company had advised me of this as a lot of people aren't aware, as we would have been.So if you need a Plumber and want a good job done at what we thought were reasonable costs then call Adept Plumbing & Gas -you wont be disappointed.Rob & Diane SlackSunnybank Hills
