Emily was such a lovely radiology technician that helped me today! I am in alot of pain, very emotional and nervous and she stepped me through the process from start to finish and I felt so comfortable. Emily is the perfect allied health professional.

Had all 5 of our pregnancy scans here for our first bub, all of the sonographers that we've had have been so wonderful, explaining what they are doing, what's happening on the screen, very patient and understanding with our bub when in difficult positions. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Due to my autism, I find it really overwhelming having to attend medical appointments. Al was really kind and friendly to me during my ultrasound, which made the whole experience less daunting.

Have had both of my antenatal scans here so far and been happy with the service. My only complaint is the images they send via a link on email aren’t very mobile user friendly as it’s too hard to accurately get to the next image

I have had 2 ultrasounds at the East Maitland location and it has been the most amazing experience. I am so happy I have found Alto Imaging! Both sonographer’s have been compassionate and very patient when bub was in difficult positions.Highly recommend!!!

Medical scans can be scary. But Emily I cannot thank you enough on how kind and understanding you were with my disability and support worker. You explained everything easily for me to understand, you constantly checked in with me more than most people and made me feel very comfortable in a uncomfortable situation. Thank you again, you made me feel normal a little for a moment and I appreciate it.

Had xray&ultrasound done here on shoulder.the staff was lovely the technician could see I was.nervous&experiencing pain &he w as so reassuring&kind about it.made the experience better knowing they take care of their patients.

Sincerely friendly receptionist staff; and knowledgeable, kind and calm sonographers. This is my first ultrasound since suffering a miscarriage and the staff were amazing
