He contacted you back when he said he would. He knew what he was talking about and didn't feed you BS. And most of all, he listened.For example. When I was uncertain of what I wanted Peter contacted me and went through all the pros and cons (no hard sell). When I decided what I wanted and gave a short deadline. Peter made it happen. I have just taken my boat to Midcoast Marine Mobile Services, after it capsized, and was towed for half an hour upside down, motor fully submerged and has sat for 36 hours.Peter Hallet was the mechanic, in Tallebudgera, and I was his hands, with the boat in Brisbane and a dozen phone calls. I have never met Peter, but knew of him from my brother whose boat he maintains.I rang him right on 5pm, I explained my predicament, this being only my fourth time in a boat and already upside down. What trawler!!!!right.I had a shifting spanner a can of wd40 and a fresh can with some mower fuel, oh...and my Galaxy S7.He calmly assured me we could do this, but we needed to do it now, as time and salt water were the enemy. The steps were many and detailed, Half a turn, two squirts for five seconds, twenty pulls, flushing etc etc etc......we taped it's chest like a baby with a chest cold.From over a 100km away, never met this amazing bloke, who was knocked off, he calmly and precisely guided a chef (me), on how to bring a lifeless hunk of metal back to life, which it now is, and purring. I have to run it everyday for fifteen minutes, for four days.If you are new to boating like me, or not, and you needed a boating engineer with real knowledge of the craft, I think you would be hard pressed to find better than this true gentleman and a scholar.Thank you so much for the phone tutorial, but I will be bringing it to you in the flesh very soon, so the true Peter Hallet magic can be felt.Kind RegardsTony Muller
