on 15 February 2023 I wanted to exchange the bracelet to a smaller size, which I bought on 13 February 2023, but they told me to come back with my child so I wouldn't go back and forth because what I bought was a promotional item. Maybe she said that because I'm Asian & don't wear nice clothes. but when i said i won't be back to exchange & i want extra item, she try to be nice. after I bought several other items and spent more than $200, her face changed politely. even though I'm a member of Pandora for a long time. why be racist & look at appearances?

Excellent service with knowledgeable staff and nice jewellery . Prices are reasonable and no problems to refund some of jewellery item like necklace or bangle. Staff are always nice and polite.

Friday 11am 21.5.2021. I love pandora but the staff at Parkmore wasnt helpful. We asked if my bracelet could be fixed as it was unclipping itself. The staff just didn't want to help us out. All she said was is send it away to be fixed and it may not get fixed with a not interested look and reply. That's fine but she didn't even bother to ask us if we like to purchase a replacement. We'd totally be up for looking at new ones and paying for one. She just stood at the back of the counter not bothered to even entertain us. Very partial lady.The lady beside her was just the same. There weren't any other customers so I don't see what was her problem.

Could not have been happier with the service I received when calling this store today. Sam (sales consultant) went above and beyond to help me locate an item and then kindly offered to have it transferred to a store closer to my location so I did not have to travel as far to collect it. THANK YOU - its so nice to have such wonderful customer service.

Terrible experience today! Stood in the store like a spud for 20 minutes with zero acknowledgement, a staff member actually nudged me out of her way without even an excuse me and still zero acknowledgement, then a couple walk in and staff member acknowledges them and tells them she won't be a moment. It's so utterly humiliating to not only be ignored but to also get pushed out of the way like you're nothing. I'm a reasonable person, I understand busy, but I cannot excuse this horrific customer service. If I could vote zero stars I would.

Terrible! Customer service soo bad,not helpful at all. They don't know anything about policy...They just give you some random reasons if you want to exchange something, even that you have invoice...Never experience something like this.Please train your staff properly!!!
