Goldfields Hotel Motel
This place was fantastic to stay at. The guys were really helpful and friendly and did everything they could to help out. There was food available, a little expensive but probably the best I've ever had from anywhere. The carpark gets locked at night and the rooms were super comfy. 10/10

The publican, kind and generous. Chatting to the locals but welcoming us two new blow ins. White light, dirty glass. The bathrooms a hazy brown dystopian palace. Goldfields is a gracious name for such a place.

Goldfields Hotel Motel
We stayed here for one night. Reception was closed as it was a Sunday perhaps. However, we were lucky to find a hotel person ( handyman I suppose) who went out of his way to allocate a room for us. The room was reasonable, main door too hard to close otherwise everything else was good. Parking right in front of the room if you take lower numbers and as Tenant Creek is a small place, everything is in walkable distance.

Goldfields Hotel Motel
I made a booking for work colleagues through Expedia and unfortunately we had to cancel one of the nights. Jason the owner was fantastic and offered a refund for the unused nights. Expedia on the other hand were dreadful to deal with and wasted my time for weeks with excuses as to why they couldn't process the refund. Jason stepped in and helped me to resolve my issues. Excellent customer service !!!!

Quiet, old time pub feel. Rare to find these days. Fridges could be a bit colder, but the Tap beer is good. Food is good old pub meals, great steaks. I recommend after work drinks and food here if you like pubs.

Room was as expected and comfortable enough BUT …….Woken by police knocking on door at 8.30 am as my car parked in the so called secure area had its windows smashed and contents gone throughWhile management can only do so much the management spoke with the police but completely ignored us. The hotel remained locked and absolutely no assistance was offered on a Sunday when everything in town is closedLeft to drive to mt isa with no windows in 40 degree heat with out so much as the time of day from the managerI almost never write reviews but this is by far the worst service, if you can call it that I have ever received

Great place, don't let first impressions fool you, the rooms are nice, clean and tidy and the staff are super helpful. I will definitely be staying here next time through.
