Shame they didn't call back. Looks a nice place. Note said there was rooms available. Called, left a message but no reply. It's Aussie - not interested so they don't reply.

Very clean spacious room with great facilities. Central location. The 2 dogs were such a delight. Lovely friendly hosts. Definitely will be back.

4 of us stayed in 2 rooms at SPOOKY HALL on Saturday 12 November. Stacy was a wonderful host, the rooms clean and tidy, bed very comfortable and great location to explore York. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Very clean, nice, spacious room with free wifi and Netflix. Tucked in the middle of the city yet private and quite. Perfect location. Large parking lot. Modern bathroom like new, rain shower, good water pressure. We will definitely come back.

Great welcome by the host.Good linen. Good hot shower.Needs a bit more attention to cleaning.Although we were told, and the website says, the rooms are serviced daily...it did not happen. Quite nice but overpriced for what it is.

A very friendly place to stay. Stacy was very helpful and stayed around to accommodate my later-than-expected arrival time.The room was very clean, warm and inviting on a cold winter's night. Loved the bathroom too.All up a great boutique accommodation option right in York. Highly recommend.
