Matt has been a great help over the past 2-3 years with a range of building advice. More recently, Matt has assisted in resolving a building dispute with our neigbhour with timely advice and attendance at site meetings with the related party. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, pragmatic and experienced. His time and knowledge have been invaluable to our family.

We built a great rapport with Matthew over the course of our double storey build.He was there every step of the way offering sound design and construction knowledge and advice. The build time ran smoothly and we were kept up to date with the progress on site. All in all, we couldn't be happier with the final product !!

Matt built our dream custom home back in 2016 and my wife and I couldn’t be happier! His level of input during the design stage was invaluable, which resulted in a functional design that we love, and ensured that it was ready to build well within the timeframe promised. The level of detail that went in to the construction of our home superseded our expectations and it soon became apparent that Matt was a perfectionist, who accepted nothing less than the best. At the time, other homes were under construction in the same area although ours went up much quicker, meaning we were in our home in record breaking time. The level of fixtures and finishes on offer was great and when we wanted the flexibility of looking beyond the preferred suppliers, it wasn’t an issue. As we signed a fixed price contract, there were no surprises or budget blow outs. The customer service was excellent throughout all stages and our needs were put first. We really cannot fault the experience we had and would recommend Parker Madden Homes in a heartbeat.

We honestly could not of asked for a better builder, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and have honestly made building a house seem enjoyable (well for us). We used Matt to build our custom family home in 2019 and would recommend his services to anyone looking for a builder.We already had plans drawn up and he was flexible to work with us to meet our design. He also knew that we had a budget to work with and helped us alter a few things to keep to that budget. Having a fixed price contract certainly helped.His attention to detail and workmanship was of a very high standard. If there were any issues they were quickly fixed.He was a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with our house.
