Emu Plains Mowers
Took my mums mower and snipper in to get serviced and cost a fortune. Happy to pay for a service if you get what you pay for but certainly didn’t. Had a specific problem which I suspected was a fuel line and asked to have it looked at. Picked it up 4 weeks later and still had the same problem. Took it back and “oh yeah the fuel line needed replacing” which is what I asked for the first time. Still having issues with both the mower and snipper now. Service isn’t friendly either. Won’t be back.

My dad ordered a part for my mower through emu plains Mowers. I went to pick it up. It had not arrived and would take a little longer to come in. That didn’t bother me, it’s the way of the world now with Covid-19. But the shop assistant was rude for no reason. I won’t go back. I like to help local businesses, though not ones with horrible and obnoxious staff.

Disappointing experience. Went in to look at a log splitter. Bloke mustn't have liked what I wore today. Asked if I was right. I enquired about the splitter. Got a piss weak piece of information and he wasn't remotely interested to talk me through the product. Had 3 grand in the glovebox ready to purchase. I walked out. I'll go elsewhere for someone who wants to give you their time

I have been going to Emu Plains Mowers for many years now, and it is one of the best experiences I have come across. Michael is very polite with his customers and always has conversations with them. Michael made my experience so good and I am definitely going back again.

Emu Plains Mowers
I have a spinal injury and needed to buy a hedge trimmer that I can use considering my reduced abilities. Michael went through the range and we worked out that BushRanger's MT2501 dual purpose was the one bust suited also taking into account my budget. However, we had a slight hitch with the product which wasn't a problem for Michael and the BushRanger team and the problem was solved. I and very happy with Emu Plains mowers and i look forward to dealing with them in the future.
