When we first engaged builders, we didn’t know what we were after in a build, however Max from Stark stood out as an easy single point of contact for the whole process. Working with Stark’s in house design team was so efficient and easy, they helped us envision our project and design our dream home. The custom-made specifications catalogue used for selecting finishes on our project was easy to use, making finished products easy to visualise and select. The team at Stark were easy to deal with, and contactable at all times, I couldn’t recommend them enough for your build.

All the way from the design phase right through to final completion of the build they were able to accurately set expectations on potential outcomes and costs of the project. No matter the setback or complication, established resources were leveraged to help push things forward while mitigating any time waste throughout the project. I highly valued time taken to respond to any questions I had no matter how small. We have just moved back into our newly renovated home and we love it! Stark lifted and built under our character Queenslander, providing spacious open plan living and entertaining areas downstairs. They also greatly renovated our upstairs floor to provide a modern bedroom level, utilising existing space to 100% functionality. Whenever we have people over they always comment extensively on the design namely the herringbone tile in the bathroom. This was our first time building and we will definitely do it again with Stark for either our home or investment property. We made many changes to our plans that were easily accommodated (this isn't always the case with other builders). We were offered professional guidance throughout all stages of design, preliminary and during construction. The project manager was always there to help us with any questions or concerns we might have had. They were approachable and went above and beyond to help us through this journey. We can't thank them enough for our beautiful home!
