Croydon Chemist

I only come here because it’s conveniently close to Woolies. If I have time I prefer the chemist on Main Street which is far faster and friendlier. Often TW don’t have stock of medication too, so you have to come back and wait even longer the next day.

Went in for a prescription - nothing out of the ordinary. Told to come back in about 10 mins. Came back - Chemist happily chatting with someone...my prescription not filled after about 40 mins. Really poor service. For comparison I had a prescription filled at the chemist in Croydon main street which took about 10 mins. Would not recommend TerryWhite Chemist Croydon to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Take forever to do anything and often dont start putting your script together until you come back to collect. More interested in having personal chats that doing any work

Had brilliant experience speaking with two very knowledge Pharmacists. I spoke at great lengths about my past covid symptoms and was provided many options on my recovery. Was also very happy to pop into the shop to be welcomed by the staff. Will look forward to returning and thank you for your great advice.

Had Pfizer booster at this pharmacy 2 weeks ago, booster record has not been updated since then, called to check twice and was promised to fix it but it was just empty promise. Went to the store to check again today but the lady with black frame glasses replied with very rude tone and it was so loud that the whole store could hear her. It was the same lady who answered the calls and gave empty promises and now such a rude attitude.AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!!

Been sick with a cough and cold and got worse with eye infection. Amazing lady helped me get some cough medicine which worked great, and also another lady suggested an immune booster tablet for me to have twice a day. Very friendly and super helpful each time I have been. Will come here anytime I need something from a chemist :)

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years and the service has always been impeccable.A couple of days ago my elderly mother and I popped in to look at the Boody range. A customer service lady whom I have never seen before stood right next to Mum and I watching and listening. Mum and I felt very awkward. My intention was to purchase $100.00 dollars worth of underwear as I’m about to embark on a holiday. However, because this lady remained in my personal space I made the decision to purchase the products at Wholefoods in Ferntree Gully.Bad move lady! Whilst I understand keeping an eye on customers as they may require assistance or maybe potential shoplifers this was beyond ridiculous. I do not appreciate being stood over. Customers still have a right to privacy and personal space. You need to be more mindful of your customers. Needless to say my mum out I left without purchasing a single item.

Twice now have had difficulties with the very unprofessional pharmacist who 'Apparently' runs the place.She is very rude, unpleasant and other words which I will not post.My family and all friends will avoid this chemist until she is inevitably fired.The other staff members always look worried if an issue happens and only reflects on the dare I say it.. management (If you can call it that).Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid avoid avoid.

Had my vaccine at Terry White Croydon the other day. I'd tried to book everywhere! Most bookings were into February. The Croydon Store, thankfully, were taking walk-in customers. This group of girls are amazing. They worked so had for us. Without their walk-in service I would would be waiting until the end of Feb.I wish I could give 6 Stars

The team at Terry White are the best! I am a regular customer with special needs due to disability. Jenny and the team are always super helpful, attentive and professional. They make my life a little easier each time I visit.
