Having dealt with major city CL’s which are over crowded, you wait upwards of an hour to see someone and are generally treated poorly from the get go because of the clients they have to deal with generally, I have been pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful the staff and security have been that I came home and said I had a nice time! I give special mention to Alan (I hope that’s the right spelling) who helped me with multiple things I didn’t understand so quickly that I was home in twenty minutes of leaving.

This system fails those who need it most!!! They failed to inform us of all that was required for a claim and although we were handing in more information that they were asking for the claim, they failed to inform us that it was to late to add more information. They just took it and said nothing. Obviously our claim was rejected and alot of wasted time, 6mths in fact. Now we have to start again on the claim. They couldn't care less, just that they get paid that's it!!!

Ive been self employed for 13 yrs straight, i havnt asked for any money or help from centrelink, been working for 27 yrs straight ,Put in a claim over 2 months ago , supplied all paperwork they needed including a doctor's certificate to take time of work , centrelink has asked me 3 times in 2 month's for a doctor's certificate when they've already received one 2 months ago , now they have declined my claim, after all the running around getting them the paperwork they needed, ive wasted my 2 months for nothing, thankyou CENTRELINK , for no help as ive never asked for itOh if you have a nominee, centrelink won't allow you to apply for a advance loan , reallly nice ha

Worst customer service ever!! The guy at the front desk couldn't give two hoots about your request and they a stare when you walk in like you're interrupting something. The carpark is also completely absent and the entrances to it will scuff your tyres. I would give 0 stars if possible
