I had the pleasure of working with Brett and his team to cater my wedding in October 2020.It was a really difficult time due to the pandemic and restrictions and what was initially meant to be 100 people at a formal venue turned into 20 at an Airbnb in a matter of weeks and a complete reorganising of the catering food and arrangements.From my very first interaction with Brett he was nothing short of kind and professional. We mostly communicated via email as I am based in Sydney and he's response times were also fab, just so easy and one of my favourite vendors to work with.When we did get to the food it was fab. Incredibly delicious and cooked beautifully, perfectly portioned so all guests tried everything and were full but with minimal wastage (the test of a true Caterer!) (we had a buffet style), and his team set it up for us even when they'd never seen the venue before with efficiency and ease.If you're looking for an easy vendor and fab food stop searching, because they're right here. If I ever have the need to organise catering in the Riverina again my first and only stop would be here.Thank you so much to Brett and his team for such a wonderful experience in such a crazy time.
