Highly unprofessional clinic..I attended this clinic with my wife for general cleanup. And then From no problem at all to a stage, ends up to root canal, crown and constant severe pain.. All thanks to their negligence and their recommended treatment which was never required. They just wants to make money And purposely create unnecessary treatment which will cost you thousands. Then will take no responsibility whatsoever. Later on they will try to book another appointment with owner doctor Jeevan at lynbrook clinic which will waste your few hours again..Thus commendations stays the same. Please save your money and precious teeths by not visiting them.

The dentist I saw was very rough - poked her dental pick right into a sensitive tooth which has left me with a toothache as a result. Was unable to do the work I wanted, and referred me on for Prosthodontics. I went elsewhere - and they were brilliant. (no need for the prosthodontics after all).

My whole experience been really good, friendly front staff Jenny, Dr Qianyi Lee and nurses! They are accurate, and gentle! Clinic are well present and clean! Been look after by the team very well.

The whole team are very friendly and put you at total ease, they even remember small details about just day to day conversation you had 6months prior which shows they actual listen and care. They’re very gentle but super thorough with all treatments and explain as they go.The whole place is very clean and welcoming also.Couldn’t recommend Cranbourne family dental any more.
