Fitstop South Fremantle
Fitstop South Fremantle is such an amazing gym with such knowledgeable trainers who really motivate you to get results! There are many different classes which are engaging, challenging and heaps of fun.The atmosphere is amazing and there is such an incredible community feeling. I love this club and would recommend Fitstop South Fremantle to anyone and everyone!

Fitstop South Fremantle isn’t just a gym, it’s a community of like minded people supporting each other, with working out, life and everything in between. I’ve met some great people I would never have met if it wasn’t for the friendly environment Fitstop South Fremantle has!! I love the functional sessions and the diversity of exercises! Every session leaves me wanting more!!

I started at Fitstop South Freo on a trail to see if it’s something I’d like and let’s just say after 3 classes I joined and became a member. The classes, the trainers and all the members are great and so supportive and encouraging and have pushed me to levels I didn’t think I’d ever be able to do. I feel stronger, fitter and happier since starting my fitness journey and wedding shred and it’s all thanks to the Fitstop team, my friends and other members for the support and push I needed.Cannot recommend this gym enough, well priced, great class times, awesome atmosphere and lots of fun!

By far the best gym in South Fremantle. Results orientated workouts, elite equipment, fantastic trainers who focus on form, progression and who take the time to understand and know every member which creates a fantastic energetic and fun culture, topped off with ice baths, sauna’s and free friend sessions on Saturday’s. So happy I discovered you guys, thanks for it all!

I can’t recommend Fitstop South Freo enough. I joined with the hope of enjoying exercise again and I haven’t looked back since. This place is so much more than just a gym. It’s a little community that wants to see others smash their goals. There are no egos in this gym and everyone is so encouraging.Thanks Aurora and Benny for bringing this amazing community to South Freo!

Fitstop South Fremantle
Couldn’t recommend this gym enough!!! There is such a wide variety of classes which are there to challenge you, from heavier lifting classes to red face sweaty sessions, and even recovery stretching. Despite how hard a class might be, I always leave so excited to come back and do it all again. The trainers are amazing, always there to assist with technique and are super motivating. Since joining this community, I now have the motivation, better technique and love for training which I would have never had gained from training alone at a regular gym. If you want to invest in your health I would highly recommend Fitstop South Fremantle.

Fitstop south freo has absolutely changed my life and helped my confidence beyond belief! The people I’ve met and the support they have shown me is beyond amazing! It truly is a one stop shop from great fitness classes to friendship to getting a cheeky doggy pat between sets! I can’t thank you guys enough for the encouragement and support I receive every class it’s made my anxiety basically be nonexistent so from the bottom of my heart I thank you ❤️
