Dreadful customer service. Telling me I have to pay for something they should have picked up weeks ago and not telling me at booking how long it may take is dreadful service. I will not be buying my next car here. Standards have dropped alarmingly. Not even a customer service vehicle. Awful.

Time and time again I have been let down by this company I’d suggest you took the extra time and travel to Geissler’s Holden in Goulburn the staff there take pride in there work and give a stuff about the Customer both of which Moss Vale Holden seem to struggle with

My husband and I recently purchased a VW Transporter from Moss Vale Holden and we couldn't be happier with the service from Meela and John. They were lovely to deal with both in person and on the phone answering all our questions. On pickup, Meela surprised us with an installed Pioneer Apple Air Play system, BONUS!!! Bad service I went in to ask a question about supercharger for Ve didn't know at the time they didn't make one for my model i was sent to the mechanic cause customer service couldn't tell me anything the mechanic was so rude telling me they didn't make one for my modle asked about after market he said go away we don't want anything to do with it
