Wonderful agency! Real Estate Plus have managed my rental property for the past three years in a reliable manner. We recently sold the property with the help of Anne and Milton. They were excellent agents, demonstrated open and positive communication lines and sold our property quickly and at a great price. The Settlement agent sorted everything for us. We would highly recommend all parts of Real Estate Plus, a one stop shop for everything.

Had a property vacated and left in a horrible state. Gardens were so overgrown and inside the property carpets and floors were full of cat hair as well as damage to carpets. Holes cut into carpet. Contacted the real estate numerous times while property sat vacant for over a month. Nothing was done to rectify any of the problems. Terrible service with nothing done at all. Needed up having to fly to Perth to sort to problems out myself. Extremely disappointed

All staff were helpful and professional. Very down to earth and easy to deal with. Anne is amazing and knows her area very well which helped to sell the house quickly. Also used the settlement agents who were great. Would definitely recommend this company.
