Very friendly and helpful guys, had some problems with my Ford (misfiring, cracked engine mount) and they fixed them immediately so I could go on traveling. I highly recommend them when you're around Port Augusta.

I don't have a car.Usually I wouldn't find myself in an automotive repair shop, but this guy knew what he was doing and sorted my friends car out in a manner that whilst it was in a complete foreign language to me, it made sense and the car runs fine.He is damn good at car things... I know nothing about cars... sometimes I can get in them, sometimes I can get out but nonetheless, 10 out of 10 for whatever this place was.

Having electrical issues with the car, with 6 hours left to drive no one would help us out. But Couttsie sorted us out . He listened to us and knew how to fix it straight away and fixed us up in under 10 minutes . Down to earth and great service … even though they were busy they took the time to help us! Travelling from Melbourne to Perth and had car issues. Couttsies dropped his tools and bent over backwards to help us out, gave great advice and didn't over charge infact very happy with bill, forever grateful for his help. Highly recommend this place in port Augusta

I was travelling through Port Augusta with a large caravan. Inadvertantly put unleaded fuel into a diesel car. It was a Friday. The RAA Agent gave me a list of auto repairers who I could call. I tried quite a few but they could not help me for at least 3 days (in one case, a Dealer.....said 4 weeks" !!!!) but one of them recommended Couttsies ( who was not on the list!). They made an effort to fit me in
