Would not recommend this place to anyone, unprofessional customer service and very poor communication skills and lack in shed knowledge. Didn't get passed the design stage because of there unprofessional attitude to their customers.

Buying and establishing our shed was really good but when i asked about rust proofing / cathodic protection because asphelt was going to be against some of the colourbond walls, there was no advice given! ???????

Did a fantastic job. We didnr have to do a thing they organised the permits and installed the shed within a couple of weeks of first meeting them

Do not use this company. Explained what was to be installed at initial meeting (7m gutter edge to edge), however what was delivered was 7m internal (7.3m gutter edge to edge). Carport/Shed did not fit - left up to myself and installer to rectify. no responsibility at all.Also explained that we wanted to infil walls for shelter, and was informed that it was possible, however after built Building Surveyor said that it would be a defect and require another permit. Again, took no responsibilityDo not use them!

Worst customer service, manufacturers representative constructed a quote from Google Earth, the lazy sod only had to travel 10km to physically measure the site and to discuss site issues, ended up taking my business and money elsewhere, don't waste your time with Eureka Traralgon.
