Brou Lake campground
Great campsite, the road in is easily accessible with a 2WD. Clean drop toilet and easy walling distance to the lake and beach. Very cool spot.

Was much better when I first went there in 1985 lake was wide open to the sea then closed up after 1990 was a tidal lake with excellent crabbin' back then no crowds no fees or rangers either though the people who first took us there went there virtually every Xmas for at least 25 years

Beautiful spot by the national park to camp overnight. There is so much to see! You're really surrounded by nature and right by the water where you'll see a load of fish and different birds species nesting there... We saw wallabies as well and a family of kangaroos on our walk.The only thing missing there is really some place to put your trash in to keep the grounds clean and maybe better toilet facilities. Otherwise it was great!Be aware of the road though! Very narrow and bumpy for 4km before you reach the camping grounds...

Perfect spot for beach walking and chasing golden sunset. The place is very quiet and peaceful surrounded by beautiful trees.The sound of waves help you relax after a long day of activities. There’s one toilet available in the place. I highly recommend this spot.

Absolutely LOVED this campground!Lots of room for tents, campervans and caravans alike.There is a lake, beach, bush walks and a toilet. The drop toilet is a little bit smelly to be sure, but what drop toilet isn't?Watch out for the wildlife at night though! The possums are very bold - one even climbed under my tent vestibule - so possum proof your camp before bed!

Peaceful , apart from the loud surf nearby lol. Long drop loo is very smelly but most are I guess. Very close to a beautiful big surf beach and a lake. Just be aware of the wildlife - very tame. Possums, lace monitors , wallabies and birds.

Absolutely beautiful location and off the beaten track. Sound of the sea and stars in the sky the highlights Only negative is the ticks! We all got them so luckily had the medical kit to remove them.

One of the best campground we have ever camped in NSW. The sunset by the lake was just perfect. Easily accessible toilet and safe campground with huge space to choose from.

Amazing place!A lot of choice in camp-sites.The lake is awesome, and walking to Dalmeny for fish n chips totally worth it. You are not able to swim at the beach though, as the surf is quite rough. We kayaked on the lake, and had a great time. We swam in the lake, that was also fun.We'll be going back for sure.
