I had two negative experiences at this place, and as a result, I have decided not to return. During my visit, the staff engaged in a lengthy conversation while I patiently waited to be served, which was quite surprising and frustrating. Additionally, I encountered three ladies who questioned my intentions behind purchasing clippers and bread for my animal. Although they may have intended to be helpful, their approach came across as condescending and rude. What added to the frustration was that they couldn't even reach a consensus among themselves. All I wanted was to buy the clippers and leave without any unnecessary complications.

I like going to this store - they have a good range of products and food. Have always found staff to be friendly and helpful. Appreciate them carrying 20kg bags of dog food to my car. Good parking. Not always the cheapest price but you can usually just pop in get what you need there - quality is usually good.
