The young lady was very friendly and helpful, showing us all we needed to know about the E-bikes. She allowed us to use the shop parking space which was very useful to us. Highly recommended.

Wow what an experience! I would 100% reccomend we booked our bikes on Friday for Sunday and the service we received was fantastic. When we arrived we were given some good cycle routes. To top off our day we even saw a group of dolphins!

Do not miss the bike trails in Ballina, they have amazing ocean views & paths though ancient forests. Ballina Byron Bike Hire have top notch electrical bikes available for hire, that allows one to bike the windy trails with ease (says this 70 year old)!! Their daily rate gives one time to get use to riding an electric bike (just a little practice) & lots of time to explore. Definitely a must do!

The guys delivered a great bike to my hotel for my work trip in Ballina.Lovely Look carbon frame and wheels, just my size!Riding along the coast up to Lennox Head to see whales and sunrise was fabulous, great weather for riding and much warmer than Melbourne in winter!!!

My parents (in their 60s) and I had an amazing time with the e-bikes doing the coastal ride from Ballina to Lennox. The bikes are excellent (my parents have their own in Germany and know a bit about e-bikes) and the customer service is outstanding.We'll definitely be back!

OMG, what a great experience! The owner is just wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable. And the bikes are A1. We had a Specialized Rockhopper Sport that felt brand new and exceptionally well maintained.Go there!
