Since my regular coaching sessions with Mary, I am more focused, learnt coping skills, broadened my self-awareness which has helped me in my daily challenges. Finding a coach that understands the unique needs of high performing women just got easier. What I love about Mary’s work is that she balances the practicalities of change with doing the inner work and this is what gets her clients some exciting results! Her practice is called the Growth Collective Co and embodies the idea of working through challenges in order to experience real change.
