The Tile Mob

I walked in at 4:23 on a Tuesday afternoon, late I understand but just wanted a quick look around and prepared to pick quickly as I had 6 units to do. I was greeted by a lady that said “ you have 5 mins” I said oh just want a small tile for a splash back. She rolled her eyes and went , “ well you have 100 to choose from”I was never going to take a lot of time but I did specifically drive to this shop. The attitude was unbelievable ( maybe she had a bad day) I will ring management tomorrow.Their stuff looks great. Staff are horrible.

I bought some beautiful porcelain flooring tiles recently at a bargain price. They look great in the kitchen / dining area. I got what I was after at an unexpectedly low price and with helpful service

An absolute paradise for those looking for tiles. The shop is a display of every type of tile you could think of and there’s literally hundreds and hundreds of tiles – big and small, square and oblong, plain and coloured, patterned in every colour of the rainbow.The sheer volume is actually overwhelming at first sight, and it will help if you have some idea of what you want. You can talk with the staff who will be able to place your ideas in a some sort of context.I would have liked a catalogue or a price list just for reference. Or a sign here and there. As it is you walk around in this Aladdin’s cave and it’s ‘I like, Oh, I like this' and ‘Oh, I like this too’. I’m sure there’s some sort of order in the way the walls have been covered with the various tiles, but it’s hard to see this when you’re in the shop for the first time.The shop is conveniently located just off the Samford Road, Mitchelton.

The Tile Mob at Mitchelton is a candy shop. They had a quality hard to find mosaic tile I had been searching for for months, to match what we had previously. Darryl specifically was wonderful in helping me to locate and purchase the tiles. I'm quite sad to sad that we had already picked and ordered our tiles from 3 other supplies - but now I wish we'd come here first. Their range is by far the biggest and best. They have more styles than I've seen elsewhere. If you're looking for unique quality tiles that will be the talk of all your friends, then look no further!I think I need to buy a new house to do a whole other tiling project with the Tile Mob now!

Very knowledgable team, huge range of the smaller sized tiles, and they got the tiles I wanted in stock within 2 days, very happy overall with the process. Thanks Darryl!

There are a large number of nice tiles here, but they are quite highly priced. The man serving us was helpful in providing the details and prices of the tiles on display. Sample tiles could be ordered in and would take a couple of weeks to organize.

Received a rude email on 24/02 that my husband had also contacted them, as well as myself re tile samples. I apologised it was unintentional and that we still would like samples. Tiles weren’t sent and a response only came on 16/3 saying they had been effected by the floods, after I had given a poor review.

Cute ideas for mosaics and patterns for home decorations. The designs are very elegant and creative . Its best for people who love art and dashing patterns.
