The most reliable and affordable mechanic service I have found in years. The team is incredibly responsive to communication, flexible with drop off/pick up times, available for servicing with limited notice and incredibly efficient across the board. I will continue to use this service for all my vehicle related needs for as long as I live in Toowoomba. They came recommended from a body repair shop that I used and both services were reliable, professional, affordable and consistent.

John was a top operator. Pity we are visitors to Toowoomba as we would surely use his services more regularly. Late on a Friday arvo (near knock off time) we called by to ask if they may know of how we may get our car cooling problem fixed and could we coax one of the team to attend to job over weekend. Not really expecting this option to succeed. Without a flinch John asked us to go back to vehicle and bring it in. He reassuringly managed to fix the problem and was very reasonable with his fees. All done pleasantly and not rushing the repairs. Our holiday plans back on track. Well done team Steerite.

I have taken my cars to Steerite for about 5 years now for repair and service including some high performance ones. Work is very good at a reasonable price and good advice. Much better than Dealer Servicing. I would recommend Steerite to anybody for their car service, repair and exhaust requirements.

Transparent service. Yesterday had dealings with the workshop where the guys had an opportunity to do work not needed. They fully explained to my wife the work wasn’t needed and rotated tyres with no charge. Very honest and will be recommending to all in future.

Had my Toyota Prado fitted with new brakes, and the one detail that I was impressed with was the fact that when they answer the phone they always say their name & are very polite. Even when I picked vehicle up they were pretty much exactly what they quoted me. Will definitely be back.
