Big thank you to the team - from sales to the trades people and admin staff, Stefan, Kelsey and Andrew, were great to deal with. Even though we went over budget and over timeframe, it was due to issues of an old house and the team did what they could to fix as quickly as they could. Would recommend and use again to do my other bathroom.

The building experience with this company was an absolute pleasure. The renovation experience is usually so stressful but the salespeople reassured me that it would be simple. The foreman onsite took care everything and the tradespwople were extremely professional. The works were finished within contract time and they even had a photographer take pictures and give them to us. Thank you Clientel Developments!!

We recently had Clientel Developments complete a bathroom and kitchen renovation along with an interior update to our outdated home. Being an older house, we were limited with what we could do however we were extremely happy with the outcome, design and quality of work. The guys really gave us modern but also practical touch for our needs. Thanks again!

I had a small bathroom completely overhauled by Clientele Developments. The service from James (Project Manager) was outstanding. He is a great communicator, polite and attentive. The finished result is stunning and minor adjustments were attended to without fuss. I've had many bathrooms designed and built over the years and this was the best and most seamless experience of all. Many thanks to the team at Clientele. Thoroughly recommend. Surrey Webb, Vaucluse

I had my bathroom done by these guys approximately 6 months back and needed a builder to complete my kitchen and remove a dividing wall to the living room.Again this company did a great job and they even had the wall removed, certified by an engineer. A bit costly for the engineer but I guess nothing comes cheap these days. Thanks team for another job well done.

Don't Understand the Negative Reviews.I had nothing but a positive experience with them - 2 bathrooms in total both of which turned out fantastic. Pre sales service and communication was excellent - trades people very good and project manager first class. There were problems during both renovations, but everything always fixed without question until I was 100% happy. highly recommended.

DON’T DO IT!!!I chose this company (also known as Clientel Developments) because they were local but will certainly regret that decision for a long time to come!!! I paid $7000 to have a bath tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower, after doing some of the initial demolition myself. When quoted, I was told it was a three day job. After they had my deposit, the foreman said it would take five days. The whole renovation ended up taking 15 work days, due to only getting one or two little things done in a day, regular mistakes and multiple no-shows!The only thing my initial foreman, James, was any good at was making excuses for mistakes or work not getting done. Then, for whatever reason, he was replaced by Andrew, who was equally talented at making excuses and embellishing the truth. He went on to behave in a very unprofessional and rude manner when I asked him to be more courteous and let me know if his workers were delayed or not going to turn up at all. When I complained about the service I was receiving from Andrew, I was downright bullied and absolutely nobody from the company was willing to take responsibility or improve the situation.Their workers were incredibly messy and never came prepared to minimise or clean up their mess, not even bringing a drop sheet or vacuum! They showed absolutely no respect for my property, even running a garden hose through my apartment to try and unblock the shower drain, after workers did not cover/protect it from debris and rubble. I even caught a tiler tipping grout and water down my toilet!Every step of the process, the workmanship was such poor quality. I expected more after the slick salesman who quoted the job kept pointing out poor workmanship in my existing bathrooms but their work is no better. In fact, I’ve never tiled in my life but suspect I could do a better job! I provided more than enough tiles only to have a number of damaged ones used, which now serve as a constant reminder of the lack of attention to detail and care shown throughout this entire renovation! After 11 days of work, they still hadn’t finished and I had to suspend access to my apartment, for their safety, due to unrelated structural work. When I could finally get them back to finish the job, the “final clean” was completely inadequate and a waste of my time. I was just glad it signified that my dealings with this company had finally come to an end (let’s hope!)

Wow! So suprised to see the negative reviews.Clientel Developments/Crystal bathrooms were by far the most professional and honest company that quoted my recently completed bathroom. The management was good and having the ability to communicate with the onsite foreman when required really gave me peace of mind.Although completing my bathroom took an additional week to the time frame stipulated in the contact signed with the company the end result was great!Even when I picked on a few finishing bits and pieces the company never said no and made sure I got what I wanted.I want to thank Stefan, Kelsey, James and Sherri for a great job!

The following review is a honest and accurate depiction of the process that I went through with Crystal Bathrooms/Clientele Developments. My background: Over the years, I have undertaken multiple residential and commercial renovation and construction projects.Brief: To renovate an old bathroom with dimensions of approximately 2.6m x 3m.Cost: Quoted: $32,000 Agreed: $28,500 Actual: approximately $36,250.Estimated timeframe: Quoted: 4-6 weeks. Actual: 17 weeks. Note: Partly finished bathroom was able to be used from Week 11.The Good:***3D creative sales presentation allows one to visualize their bathroom.***Most of the tradesmen were goodThe Bad:***Customer service after signing the contract is poor. Multiple emails and text messages went without reply. Prompt communication only occurred when it favoured the Company. The Company is very quick to send invoices and is not afraid to mention legal or financial penalties.***Multiple “no shows” from their tradespeople. This occurred on 6 occasions and not once did the Foreman realise this had happened. I had to notify and follow him up each time. Tradespeople told me the communication from the Foreman were often last minute and frustrating.***On a number of occasions, tradespeople had to come back to fix mistakes or damaged work. These ranged from replacing tiles, grinding down a dangerous metal edge at the door which I noticed after cutting myself on it, changing products because they were the wrong one etc.***Defensive and some would say, arrogant attitude when presented with solutions or complaints that did not suit them. There is a lot of “smooth” talking but a lack of action unless one keeps following up. It becomes very tedious and frustrating. Eventually most tasks do get done after you keep pestering. My final call with the Company again proved this point, as I was promised the warranty and certificates for this job would be emailed. Unsurprisingly, this has not occurred even after following up with 2 email requests to the GM of Operations.***Be careful of the contract and the inclusions stated. In my case, I genuinely believe the salesperson made a mistake and labelled items in the drawings and the schedule of goods differently. When it came to the construction, if there were 2 different items listed, the Foreman would always choose the “cheaper” option. I had to fight each time to get what I paid for.***High variations cost (based on discussions and quotes with 2 independent builders), with no flexibility to utilise your own trades to fix the problem. I was quoted a maximum of $2500 for a remedial job by my own builders, but the Company quoted $7500 for the same job. After negotiations, the quote ended up at $6000. A Structural Engineer from the Company was also deemed essential at a cost of $2100. Feeling this was a quote on the high side, I asked my Structural Engineer to provide me with a quote. $900 was his amount for the same service and that was in his words “what most companies would charge”. When I questioned the high costs, both times the Foreman said they had either minimise their margin or didn’t put one on at all. That is quite a questionable comment but to save time and move on, I reluctantly agreed to both the costs.***You may pay for something that you do not receive. I was told the Structural Engineer’s work included 2 site visits, a detailed report and a certificate to certify the job had been done correctly. In the end, I received 1x 10 minutes initial visit, a 1 page report at the end of the project and no final inspection (to certified the work) or certificate. When I asked the Director how it was possible the work could be deemed as “done correctly” when no one came out to check (the work was behind a wall that was now sealed), his response was “they must have taken some photos….”I hope my review provides prospective customers with enough information to make an informed decision. Best wishes!
