My favourite nail place! The ladies are all so nice, the quality of the nails are amazing. I keep coming back!!

I have been a loyal customer of 12years and that have always been my go to nail place. Today I went to the salon to ask them to kindly fix my nails because on the side the where lifting for some reason. This has happened to me once and they fixed it out of charge which was very kind of them. How ever today I have approached them and told them to kindly fix and I will pay for them as I know it’s not there issue. I write my name down to get my nails fixed at 11.30 and then the manager calls me and says unfortunately the lady (don’t want to mention names that usually does my nails) doesn’t want to do them and isn’t happy to do them. The manager said I have also asked the fellow employees who wants to do your nails and they all said we don’t want. So I responded and said to her is that a way of kicking me out of salon and she said yes. Then she’s like I have to escalate this to my boss. I said why? Did I approach you with rudeness or yell? I can in very kind and happy and I said could you please fix and I’m very happy to pay. During my time with pearl nails today was one of the worse experience. The manager is sincerely rude and has no manners in speaking to her customers. I never attacked nor approached anyone with rudeness I just wanted my nails fixed with being happy to pay. Thank you so much guys for the experience today. And thank you for loosing a loyal customer. I have gotten 40% of the people I know to your salon.

This was my go to nail salon for about a year now and not ever have I experienced a bad experience.. I get my nails done quite often and before I went there last weekend I haven't had acrylics for two months and had very healthy nails.Not until I got home that night my pinkie finger started to feel so sore and could feel the nail being pulled against my skin and noticed the nail was placed very much upwards - and no, my nail doesn’t “naturally” go upwards.. it’s all about placement and it got stuck to my skin. My nail bed is also very small.The very next day (today) I went back and asked if they could remove it as the pain is unbearable! Kept me up all night and it’s basically suffocating my nail. They did not help whatsoever, and just shut me down and said they couldn’t do anything about it and that its my fault that my nail is naturally “built” like that - and that I have must’ve “banged” my hand on a table. Their only solution was to “wait a couple of days” and come back and get it fixed, which makes no difference at all if ur starting to get infected already!I went to another nail salon in the centre and asked if they could help me out and they gladly did. Safe removal and were so lovely, the girls at professionail helped me out and removed it, and had suggested it was due to unclean tools and overall just poor placement.I will not be going back to PD again, and will be letting all my friends and family know. It’s a shame because they have now lost a lot of loyal customers, all because they could not compensate or admit it was their fault.If google reviews allowed a 0 rating, I would do that. Very disappointed.

I’ve been coming to Pd Nails since I was 14, I’m now almost 30 and I’m honestly not sure what’s going on, if they’ve grown and their quality has gone out the window but whoever the new manger is, the store honestly has the worst customer service and quality of work for their high prices, especially from the lady now running it. It’s sad because I think everyone out west kept coming here for their quality of service and work and that’s completely gone out the window…

They are not professionals. I paid $115 for pedicure and full set nails which was poorly painted and chipped in less than a week and when i went back to talk to the manager and show him how tacky my nails looked he tried to charge me to fix them. He was very rude and basically told me to get lost. I would give them no star as they don't deserve it. What a waste of money!!!!

I had appointments and I went ten minutes early, the manager told me to sit with rudeness, later when I saw her standing and doing nothing I asked if she can give me the nail colours to choose a colour while I was waiting she shouted at me and later I asked why she is being so rude to me , she asked me to leave and I didn’t say anything then she again if you don’t like it leave , and I had to leave, I won’t ever go there , I pay money for the service and I should be treated with respect and same I should treat them with respect and I always do that.

I struggle with a disability that causes my leg muscles to be really tense at times. My usual place was booked out so I thought I would go here. The lady that was doing my pedicure was extremely rude despite me telling her that I have this problem, she continued to bring workers around the seat that I was at and talking in there language and even laughing at times at a disability that was out of my control. This made me extremely uncomfortable and frankly embarrassed as my leg started to tense up more as I was in an uncomfortable situation. The usual place I go to always make me feel so comfortable to where I give them tips as they are so patient and understanding. This experience was extremely poor and towards the end she almost refused to paint my toes, after the service was completed, I again felt very embarrassed and humiliated as the whole time the workers were looking at me and talking. I would not recommend this salon if you if you have a physical disability, I have never left a bad review as I am not that type of person however this one occasion left me very upset and triggered. I would like a response back from the business with an apology.

Have been going here for about 2 years now. Summer is my go to lady. But all the girls there r great. Always friendly and acomadating. Love the job they do for me.

I recently tried this nail salon for a pedi shellac and really enjoyed it, so went back for mani shellac! It's well priced, the nail technicians are fast so you're in and out. Book ahead as they get so busy! Would recommend number 19 for a deep brown / vino colour. Will definitely be revisiting

Lyn did my finger nails and she is amazing. However, the girl who painted my toes did a very, very poor job. The top coat noticeably only covers 3 quarters of the nail… and they knew that I was getting my nails done for my wedding… I am very disappointed. I am only giving 2 stars because Lyn did a good job on my hands.
