I had to pay them $110.00 (4X$27.50) for my dentures to be done. They sent me to Niddrie Dental Clinic and the dentist told me to wait hearing from him soon, but to no avail. When I went to cohealth Niddrie again the receptionist was very rude and had come up with COVID-19 excuse. So far I still have not heard from them. Their renewed office is fine but the service hasn't imroved at all.

Would not recommend seeing these dentists. My partner has had server tooth pain for 3 weeks he had 2 appointments here and both times have come home home with worse tooth pain. Now tonight after seeing the dentist and having a filling his pain comes from the tooth and is shooting up into his head now he has server toothache and headache and not able to sleep at all. Not to mention it took a long time to even get an appointment to see a dentist. Do not go if u dont want to suffer server toothache and headaches.

Went and had root canal done about 14 months ago,got 1st procedure fone,went back to have 2nd procedure done,instead 1st stage was repeted,so I go back and 1st procedure was done again,I kept telling them this is wrong, after 4 times of 1st procedure, I was referred to the dental hospital waiting list bkoz niddree didn't have the same equipment, and apparently I have 2 nerves and it was hard to see,finally 6 months later I get the letter for an appointment at the dental hospital to be told 1st procedure needed doing,and $270 payable on the day,I waste told it was that much so I had no choice but to go,filled in all paperwork to get government help,and 8 months later.....my tooth has broken,in actual fact every tooth that this place has done has rmade my once BEUTIFUL smile a tragedyThanks

The worst clinic in Melbourne. They always change the appointments for sickness reason. It’s really disgusting what they did with my parents, they are old And they tend to cancel their appointments at the same day or half an hour before the appointment starts. I don’t believe those dentists or that staff at all. THE WORST clinic ever.

Worst ever! I don’t do reviews so for me to get on her and do this means you will be dissatisfied. Multiple appointment cancellations, always rescheduling and there was even a time I called in the morning before I was booked in to double check as I had anxiety of getting there and not being seen - and was told I didn’t even have an appointment! If you are looking for reliability and customer service then this place isn’t for you.

Worst customer service ever by the receptionist staff. Always making me feel uncomfortable, always with attitude and this tone in their voice. Went yesterday again, had left my phone at home, one of the staff comes out with an ipad in her hand telling me to sign in QR code. I said I don't have my phone with me can I write my name down somewhere ? She replied with a simple no". That's all I got from her. She signed in the rest of the customers that were in line and my patient and I were left standing there without any further information - it was like we were invisible. Eventually she signed us in. How hard was it for her to say "it's alright

Well it would help if they answered patients calls for a start!! I went in for an appointment to then be told the dentist has left for the day. The girl at reception tells me the appointment is at 1:15 i then receive a message on my phone saying the appointment time is 12:45. I call to confirm, NO ANSWER. And then I'm told I'm late and the dentist has left. Then I'm told to wait (could be hours). (2-3 receptionists sitting at the desk at 1 time) This not answering calls has been an ongoing problem, is very stressful to patients and it should be addressed! Very dissappointing!!

Terrible!! My son had an appointment which he then had X-rays done at Capital. He had been in agony with his wisdom tooth. He then had another app which got cancelled due to his dentist (tier 2) so they make another. All that time over a week from cancelled appointment to his next appointment was in agony and on pain meds and antibiotics. So he finally goes in for appointment and is turned away as they said no procedures because of covid!!! Are you serious? Why was he not notified of this days leading up to his appointment? We could gave taken him elsewhere! Terrible service and simply not good enough. Care factor 0

Only thing I really can say at this stage is to the ladies at reception. If you don’t enjoy dealing with the public I suggest a career change . Your rudeness and phone manners are disgusting.
