I work for a small boutique development company,, and focus more in the townhouses development space. I find that using Motty and his team to be an incredibly valuable extension of my team. Time and time again they not only do what they are asked to do but also add suggestions on ways to tweak the design to reduce construction and enhance serviceability Along with explanations as to why we may not be able to do something.
