Europcar Ballarat

I have never ever dealt with a company that bends over backwards to assist me with cars and trucks at short to no notice in my time of need. Having dealt with numerous rental companies in Ballarat i am a repeat customer due to their attention to detail and good customer service.

Michael was very helpful, we just turned up hoping they had a car available as we needed one last minute.

We hired the car Wednesday 12th April. Easy access from Ballarat station. Cost us $15.00 Australian. Extremely friendly and efficient service. When returned the car, they drove us to the railway station as a favour/friendly gesture. Very much appreciated. We have used Europcar on a number of occasions in Australia and further field. Always the same. Made our stay in Ballarat

If you don't have a credit card, forget it. Was meant to get hire car through insurance. Not everyone has a credit card. So, instead I had to wait 3 hours in 5 degrees rainy weather for my train home. Never ever will I go through these people ever. Haven't got credit card anyway. Don't believe in them. They couldn't care less how I got home.

Ingrid is incredible! She goes out of her way to make hiring a truck such an easy process every single time. Very happy customer :)

!!! DO NOT HIRE CAR HIRE !!!The other reviews are true. I read the reviews before hiring a car here, it said that they will charge so much extra. They are just after your money. I wanted to give them a shot, thought they won't scam every single customer. But i fell into their trap aswell, They will accuse you for already existing damages. They took some pictures very quickly at the start, seemed like they didn't care too much and want to make you feel like it's all good. After returning the car all in a sudden they had to look so closely at the car. They found damages that was already there. RECOMMENDING PEOPLE TO TAKE THEIR OWN PICTURES. Because they will find unclear damages and make you pay for it.

Absolutely amazing service. We were given 5 days to move and we could not get a removalist company on such short notice. Even finding a company to hire a truck from was getting slimmer by the sec. They were up front with there costs and charges. Allowed me to hire the truck then and there for the timeframe I needed. Fantastic customer service. Michael was amazing

For the past 4 days I have had a rental car , which I rented from Europcar Ballarat. I could not recommend this company any higher . Fantastic vehicle at a great price and brilliant customer service. No communication as to why they have taken money out of my credit card several times. Waited 20 minutes for the old guy to turn up to hand over the keys, he didnt even check the truck for damage from the previous people that hired it that dropped it off 15 minutes before he got there. Said a few comments that weren't needed and made a very stressful experience even worse. Had the truck back 12 hours before hand and still lost my deposit and got charged another $150. Not happy at all. So a $77 truck turned into $330 for 12 hours, I could've hired removalists for my house and sat back and watched for that price
