The salesman was very rude .He said our child was annoying whereas she was sitting in a corner playing with her iPad with a low volumeHe also picked on her when she was using sanitizer in one push saying she is using a lot "He made it really inconvenient for us to stay in there.This may be true for that particular staff on duty only.We left the place immediately and will never go back."

Had new flooring throughout the house - Elegante vinyl with Woolemi carpets. Excellent customer service - Wes is great to deal with. Couldn't be happier with the installation - the vinyl is a work of art (perfect along every edge!) and the carpeting is spot on. Highly recommend Nu-Lay if you're looking for a good quality job.

I had Hybrid flooring (aquasmart plus) replacing all of the carpet in my townhouse and it looks amazing! Tony was really helpful and professional and let me take loads of samples home. He was really thorough with the measure and quote and was transparent with cost, availability and time frames. Tony was really responsive to my questions by email. The carpenter was also really professional and hard-working and did a great job even with the fiddly stairs! 10/10 would recommend, I can't understand the negative reviews especially about Tony, he was great from start to finish.

Waited over a week for them to come and do a quote at my commercial space because they said they were busy and needed to squeeze me in. Let them set the day and time (8am). Arrived 15 mins early to ensure I was there to meet them, got a call at 8.15am asking where to park. Possibly they couldn't find a parking spot nearby so they left without a word and never came back.Absolutely massive waste of my time, waiting over a week for a quote that never happened, for a job that I have limited time to have complete. Really unprofessional service. Don't waste your time with these people if you want someone professional.

We have just had 2 bedrooms carpeted and one sitting room laid with a spotted gum floating floor. Very happy with service, quick installation and tradesmen who installed were both lovely. Very clean, no marks on newly painted walls - great job.

I found the sales staff seem to of had the life sucked out of them , didn’t really know their products very limited options for carpet Not a great experience . Decided to go elsewhere

I couldn't be any happier with the customer service and amazing job on my floors! My floors were extremely complex with so many angles. A really incredible professional finish, the house looks and feels alive again. Thanks Ryan for your amazing effort also Kaitlyn and Wes. Can't wait for the carpets to go in next week!

Initial consultation was great and inital job was great too. However, a fault was found and it took awhile for a response to be received. I had to double up on emails to get a response. I had to orangise 3 times for someone to attend, the first two times the person forgot.
