Unfortunately the reviews about the poor customer service are true. It's a shame customers are not treated well and not respected - so many repeat sales must be lost.Customers were questioning prices and how much they were eventually charged. Reaction from owner was aggressive and showed no interest in helping and listening.Prices are not clear and receipts not prepared well.Not much evidence that they care about your car and want to help you.Owner was heard saying he does not care if customers come back or not - really poor attitude.Customers are very important.

Took my car here for a minor service, pink slip and to patch a tyre, they were quick and very reasonably priced. They have to be one of the best value mechanics in the area.

The service is really bad, very inprofessional.Firstly, they do not have checklist or formal receipts. Secondly, they do not help you adjust the car service reminder, you will have to hear the alert each time when you turn on the car. In addition, what was funny was that the owner wrote the next service date as the service date on the sticker, but he is very afraid to admit that he wrote is wrongly, claiming it is their convention.I wont recommend this place if you look for professional and ethical car service. First time and last time!

DO NOT go to this guy! I asked him to send a cost breakdown to my warranty insurer so they can pay the repairs which he refused to do and then was extremely rude to me over the phone for no reason.

Went in for a Pink Slip inspection, wouldn't even accept the job unless I said yes to polishing the headlights" for $120. Walked away

I've had good experiences here with several auto issues and registration jobs.Mechanic is straight to the point and is reasonably priced. I suspect that if you give them unreasonable attitude they'll give it straight back to you.Independent operator so don't expect complimentary coffee or comfortable seating.It's in the local area so I'll be back when auto issues arise.

They’ve changed the rear brake pads on my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander for $170The pads they’ve used on my car wasn’t any good and caused a damage on the rotors. Now i’m in another service paying $490 to fix the problem they’ve made. $170 for a brake change on a car have an electric brake system is actually a good price, i’ll give him to that but doing the job unprofessionally cause other problems and every business owners needs to think cutting the quality of the product might increase the profit on a short run but loosing customers will end your business at the end.
