Customer service was terrible, and the goods was of poor quality. To begin with, you cannot slide the screen of this Apple Watch after using the screen protector. The salesperson offered to exchange it for me when the new products arrive next week on the day of purchase, so I will not grudgingly return it. As a result, I went multiple times and used various excuses to avoid it, asking you to come back next week. If the product is inadequate but the customer service is excellent, the product can be changed while the company's reputation remains intact. If this corporation's goal is to swindle customer for profit. Please use caution when selecting this company's services and products.

Avoid at all costs - will promise the earth, pressures you into buying more products life protective cases and the repairs have no warranty at all. Replaced my iphone screen and facetime stopped working (was working before repair despite lines on screen) - we don't guarantee the screens" - barely able to provide an invoice. My iphone is screwed now

This review is regarding Mobile Palace Management and not their front line staff. On 27 sept I called into the Baulkham Hills Store and was told that they didn’t have a 13 Mini case but they would be in within a week or two. Then after the person had a quick phone call with someone he offered that if I purchased a 12 Mini case as an interim protection and once the 13 Mini cases, etc, were in stock I would pay the difference for what case I chose, and return the 12 Mini case - I took up the offer. This offer was noted on the receipt by a note under the item listing “(exchange with 13 mini)”.I then proceeded to call in ~ every 2 weeks as we went grocery shopping and was told at every visit up to ~ 1 week ago that they were still on back order. Then at the last visit the person serving told me that you were not going to stock the 13 Mini accessories as there wasn’t the demand and there were no orders that he knew of, this despite what I was told many times on previous visits. I then showed him the receipt and the fact that the 12 Mini case didn’t fit the 13 Mini around the lens, and that because the 13 mini was a tiny bit thicker the corners of the case often started to come off. He agreed it wasn’t acceptable and then had a number of conversations via phone and finally was told that the 13 Mini case, etc, would be in by a week away.A week later when I got there I was told that the 13 Mini case wasn’t in, but when I asked when it was ordered, their records only showed it being ordered yesterday… even though it had been over a week since I was told it would be ordered. At that point I said to forget it and give me a refund as I considered that 6 weeks and 6 days was enough lead time to get the case and I had lost both patience and confidence that it would materialise at all. This resulted in phone calls to two people both of whom said it was too long to give a refund and that the case was damaged and there would be no refund. As for the time period between me taking the 12 Mini case and today, this was all Mobile Palace's delay, not mine, I was amazed at that statement. As for the “damage” statement how did they assess that over the phone? I have looked at the case on getting home and apart from 2 minor scuffs there is no “damage.Further it was not as though I would have a choice of cases as only one was being ordered in clear plastic! Rather than argue with a person who had no control over the situation I decided to walk away and treat the $29 as the price of a lesson not to trust Mobile Palace in future and make sure others knew of my treatment by Mobile Palace management. I know that there were at least 8 people waiting to be served

I had a very bad experience with them. I had an issue with phone charging port. I myself told the guy there that the port had an issue. He took the phone and just tried to clean the port with a brush for less than 30 second and said the port had issue but he can't fix it as he didn't have the part but asked me $29 for labour. For doing nothing. Very disappointing. Never go there again.

My iPad screen had shattered so I needed to repair it. (Nothing else was broken, just the screen.) So I went to look for repair places and found Mobile Palace. It was the first time I went there for a repair, and it'll be the last. When my mum dropped it off, they told her it would take a day or two and that they would call us. On the second day, they didn't call either me or my mum so I decided to call them and, when I did, they told me that it would take another five days to fix. It bothered me at first but I still waited. When it was time to pick it up, it seemed that the screen was fixed, but then my mum saw that the home button wasn't working when it was working even with the broken screen. They put a shortcut button on the screen that would act as the home button. Afterwards, when back at my place, I saw that the screen was detached from the iPad itself. The glue wasn't strong enough to hold it together.I went back to the stall with my mother to complain. There was a man attending the stall and he told us that he couldn't help us but that the manager would be in in two days. So in two days, I came back, with my father this time, and we saw a girl attending the stall this time. She wasn't the manager, in fact, the manager wasn't in at all. My father was very angry and demanded a refund but the girl said that we couldn't get it. My father then asked for the manager, who was the reason we went there, and the girl called him up. I'm guessing she told him what was going on since she was talking to him in another language and hung up without letting either of us speak to him. The girl then told us that we could either leave my iPad with them so that they can fix it, free of charge, or file a complaint to their email and get the refund there. We chose the latter and left.I don't blame the employees working at the stall as they were only doing their job. The manager, on the other hand, has shown to be very cowardly, hiding behind his employees as they seem to be the ones dealing with unsatisfied customers like myself. My advice to anyone pondering on whether to go to this place or not to fix their device, don't. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Mobile Palace, Kiosk store, The Grove - Baulkham Hills.I noticed after I had paid my deposit to fix my phone, that everyone in the organisation is either a recent migrant to Australia, or can barely speak English.I was asked to pay 50% of the estimated cost, to allow for the ordering of the parts. Total repair estimate = $150, 50% upfront, 50% on completion.Anyhow the quoted repair price was 15% less than a reputable bricks + mortar store at the same shopping centre. After 8 visits on consecutive days, no-one had any idea where my phone actually was?I wasted so much time going to the centre, to be told a different story every day. They couldn't even tell me clearly which technician is actually repairing it?, where is the location of the phone? if the parts have been ordered? or have the parts arrived? One day I was told he had COVID so did not come to work. And I was told did anyone call me?No one even had an approximate time of when the repair would be complete? Every Staff member just tells me the person you are looking for, was sick, so - took your phone home to fix it there but it will be back here soon?????Do yourselves a favour. Pay 15% extra at a bricks + mortar phone shop, where the staff speak English, where there is a responsible person at the location of where you submit the phone, where there is an indication of the quality of the repair, a record of the location of where the phone physically is, if the phone parts are ordered, and an estimate of when the repair will be completed.Just ask, what is the name and contact details of the person that is responsible for all aspects of my phone to be repaired?**Remember, the replacement cost most phones these days? it is around $1100 to $1500.## Do you really want to risk it to save a few bucks??? ##

They changed my IPhone 7 battery Last Feb. They also also convinced me to buy a special charging adaptor for a better controlled charge and a longer battery life they said.. (total $100) Noticed phone charge dropping rapidly last weekend and the battery health down to 81%. Went back, only guaranteed for 3 months they said. So the battery deteriorates by 20%within 6 months I say, and that is normal. “You’ve sold me a defective battery. “ I’ll give you a good price on this one he says. This one is a better battery he says. Why didn’t you sell me that one 6 months ago I say. And that super efficient charger of yours isn’t that good is it.Beware of them.

The guy was nice but he rushed the job on replacing the screen on my Galaxy Note 9 and the screen has been glitchy ever since (can't type fast) and has been emitting a strange chemical smell through ports. He also promised a screen protector as part of total $410 cost but gave me a thin scratched one, which I had to point out before he removed. I brought it back the next day and he put a better protector on but it came off after slight wear later on that day. I've just bought a refurbished phone, regret ever going here.
