RNR Serviced Apartments
Pros: the building is quite secure- there are 2-3 points of access requiring room key. It is also close to some decent cafes and restaurants as well as Queen Victoria Market.Cons: not clean, very dusty, the couches still had crumbs on it, the shower still had hairs in it, and the kitchen cupboards still had leftover food from previous guests, one of which was bread with a bug flying inside it, and the bin itself had fruit flies. The fridge had expired milk. The bathroom tap was loose.Overall an uncomfortable stay and would not stay here again.

The mattresses are hard as bricks. No mattress protector, instead you sleep on a single, thin sheet. You can literally see the mattress through it. No quilt cover, just sheets, so you wake up in the night touching the quilt, which is actually just a thick blanket. I know hotels don't wash them between every guest. Nope.

Bring your own towel they didn't have fresh ones the next day, when I requested them it took 6hrs for them to be delivered to the room

For serviced apartments there was no servicing lol! Lovely staff but average rooms. Our key stopped working randomly on the Sunday too and there was no reception around to help.

The apartment itself was very nice and modern although upon booking the $200 deposit was never quoted or mentioned- but didn't really matter anyway as the reception area eftpos machine was having technical issues so wasn't able to put down $200 deposit anyway, location perfect apartment perfect. Would go again if needed.

Room and location was great.Service was horrible, extremely rudeWe were waiting for money to come in and they are acting like money comes in a snap of a finger.They were saying “if I miss this footy game” and laughed “Come on guys!” Like they r our teacher and got somewhere to be, u at a desk doing nothing, we the ones need to go somewhere and we made an agreement before hand and they charged more which made us mad.Extremely disregarding us and worried for themselves. Not giving any alternative ways or anything.Indian receptionist didn’t talk about the security bond so had to pay for that later with the other rude blonde old receptionist who was worried about herself.

We had booked two 2 bedroom apartments as there was 7 of us, when arrived there was only one 2 room apartment, so after showing them our booking on line we finally got another room, all the rooms were dirty, no floors were vaccumed, the rooms had some odour, some utensils were not clean, a face washer was molded to the top of the shower, had been there for quite some time, a dirty sock was found in the draw beside the bed, mould in the shower and to top it of the was a syringe found on the floor in one of the rooms in the cupboard, would not recommend to anyone

Our room was so dirty when we arrived we asked to change to another room. The new room was better, but still not perfect. The place was ok for 2 nights but you can do better for the price. It is a pity that the housekeeping lets this place down. The off street free parking was a positive of our stay

Apartment was pathetically cleaned. Shower was filthy with another person hair still on the walls when we arrived to a so called clean apartment. Pots and pans still had food in it which hadn't been cleaned properly. Minimal utensils and pots and pans to use in the kitchen. Reception lady was extremely rude and argumentative. Asked multiple times for clean towels eventually we did get them. The only positive that it was the location which was very close to the hospitals. Unfortunately we won't be staying there again.
