SILK Laser Clinics Carousel

Not recommended. The girls work there are lack of respect, politeness and profession. All the time I went there, they were like “I owe their money” and did the very rushy treatments. There are many laser clinics in Perth, it’s better to choose other clinic.

Had a skin consultation with Janelle who gave me a treatment plan to improve my skin and signs of ageing. The consult was very thorough and comprehensive. Thankyou Janelle.Also had wrinkle relaxant with the nurse. She was also very thorough, kind and patient.Overall, a great experience! 10/10!!

Me and my mother are regular customers at silk laser. My mother had gone in for her appointment and has a 4 year old so me or my sister normally accompany her to watch my little brother for the 20 minutes that she is in her session.This particular time my brother (who is 4) ran down the hall before my sister could catch him and she then proceeded to grab him, as she did that she was yelled at to get (my brother) him and that he is not allowed back there. The tone she used in her voice was extremely unprofessional and was super unpleasant to have someone raise their voice.My sister was provoked and then raised her voice and there was a back and fourth verbal altercation.To top it all off, tyla then messaged me on my personal social media (i was not at the clinic when the verbal altercation happened) my mothers information using silk laser’s database inc her name, number, address, next of kin and so on threatening to report me and “my whole family” and also claim we have been banned which was infact fabricated. This is an extreme breach of privacy and silks policy aswell as trust to your patients.I have followed this up with the clinics manager (Lisa) who was amazing may I add and given my mother did not want to pursue legal action I expect all necessary disciplinary actions to be taken.

I popped into the silk carousel on my way home to Margaret river, I had milia on my face and the girls were so helpful in explaining how to treat it. So knowledgeable and kind. I’m booked for a treatment with the girls. And They have me some new products to try.

The best laser clinic I have been to. Amazing customer service and the girls did everything they could to fit me in and make sure my experience was second to none.

EVERYTIME I go into this place the girls are rude and completely full of themselves. Especially an employee Tyla knight and the manager is even worse. These facilities are meant to enhance your beauty but who knew they only hire people that are ugly inside and out!! There are way better branches that actually treat you with respect and kindness who aren’t on high horses. Carousel silk is a joke, I wish I had read the reviews before going in.

Silk Carousel - always a pleasure and always professional and welcoming. Have done an amazing job with changing my skin. their ARX products have worked wonders for my skin and having needling, peels and micros have made such a difference. i have never felt happier with my skin.And shout out to Lyssa their manager, She is always so helpful and is so lovely.

I have had several laser and skin needling treatments- both of which I’ve had amazing results with.The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.Products are well suited to my skin, I particularly love their vitamin b serum!

the carousel clinic is an absolute joke! the girls working here are out right rude and disgusting! i felt completely put down and uncomfortable by one of the girls (Tyla Knight) and after expressing my concerns about how uncomfortable i was made to feel by the young girl, the manager then told me i had to leave and i could not get the service that i didn’t receive refunded! absolutely horrible place and these girls need to be held accountable!

So friendly my daughter and I had such an amazing experience with it being her first time with laser hair removal . Full of helpful information and they make you feel very comfortable. I can’t wait to come back again.
