We received our new recliners from Sydney Furniture Factory yesterday. Very happy with the result. Sam, the salesman spent a lot of time with me while I was trying to select from the huge range. Very happy that they were made in Australia, and the finished result is second to none.

Excellent lounges and service. Ordered 7 different lounges to do a new home and they are all superb. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. Was really happy with the flexibility and service provided, I made changes to designs to suit my spaces and they were accommodated with ease. Very comfortable and will last a lifetime. Also, very pleased they are Australian made and come with 10 year warranty. Would highly recommend.

After looking at multiple furniture stores for media room furniture we found Sydney furniture factory. The prices were great and so was the quality. They were happy so work with us and hold our furniture until we needed it. Sam was really helpful and patient with us while furniture shopping with kids!

My experience with Sydney furniture factory was pathetic. We ordered a natural leather sofa from them. After delivery we identified so many pores, tiny holes, scratches and greases on different areas of the sofa. We even reported those to the delivered person.We reported all these issues to the customer service and asked them to either return& refund or take actions to fix those reported issues. They responded it’s normal to have pores, bites or greases as it’s a natural animal leather. Even we spoke to a representative. He is not ready to accept it as defect and keeps defending and asking us to inspect with a leather professional and get back to them instead of sending one.We have checked with other forums on Facebook and all agree that it’s not a quality leather.Disappointed with the purchase and customer service. Buy at your own risk.
