Perfect store to be over charged for clothing you can pick up online cheaper. But seems to appeal the younger crowd.Service was below average.Store layout is broken into brands which is good for those label hunters.Wait for the sales...

had the worst experience in this shop today. as I walked into the store my pram beeped. I told the lady when we go into a store it has been beeping. I only had a pair of shoes in a box in the bottom of my pram witch I explained to the lady I was taking back to footlocker to change the size. I was shopping in this shop with my family trying on hats for my 3 year old and husband. my every move was getting watched. I wasso uncomfortable.... I paid for the 2 hats and went up to the lady to show her the pram as I walked out. we had nothing else in the pram. I was made to feel like a criminal.. she could see there was nothing else in my pram and she knew my pram beeped as I walked I to the store... I showed her my hand bag on the pram and she still wasn't satisfied .. we left the shop as she was yelling at us .. everyone was looking at us... never will I every shop at this store again. my husband and I spend a lot of money in this store. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on ...

Great service. The sales staff went above and beyond to help me find multiple items in my size. laura was very patient with me constantly changing my mind. Fave glue store I’ve been to

One of the best Glue stores I have been to, the girl that served me (Dani) was not only super informed but all also very kind and friendly. Surely i will be back for more clothes !!!

Mostly zoomer staff too busy looking too cool for school, on their phones or doing their utter most best to avoid eye contact with customers. I love my tunes too but dang the music is so loud you can feel your skull rattle, I think it's to deter you from talking to them.

Very helpful and friendly guy at the register. Didn’t get to catch his name, but he helped me get a discount and free socks! Very happy with my experience

Very bad and rude customer service . I would have given 0 rating if possible. Don't care to value the genuine customers. Why to choose Glue store that stinks when we have plenty of other stores to buy branded products. Shame on you guys. Very cheap mentality with arrogant behaviour customer attendants !!

Thank you Matt for assisting myself and my partner out today, your service was above and beyond! Not only did we manage to find my partner a nice shirt for this weekend, but we walked out with extras and a massive thank you for organising another size to be shipped from another store to the Penrith store. What is the go guys ... ?? Hands down the worst glue store I have been into. Both times I have been into the store there were boxes and packaging rubbish and stuff everywhere and seems to always been too many staff just lounging around the check out area on their phones ...
