Vincent Security- Security Screens & Doors | Crimsafe Brisbane

Have used Vincent Security for Crim Safe screens at our previous house and current house. They are extremely reliable, professional and accommodating to our needs. We had to do our house in stages which was never an issue for them and everyone from office staff, sales and installers we all so lovely to deal with. I couldn't recommend highly them enough.

I have just recently had Vincent Security install Crimsafe doors and screen to my home and can't recommend them highly enough. The professionalism and courtesy shown from my initial call for a quote to the final installation was second to none. Both Lloyd, who did the measure and quote and Matt who did the install were marvellous and Kerry from the office could not have been more helpful and prompt in my dealings with her. Don’t use anyone else . Loyd who measured up was professional and had incredible knowledge in his field . The staff that completed the security screens were so efficient, professional and friendly. Absolutely top notch.

We have recently had Vincent Security install screens to our house and were very happy with the service provided. All staff were professional and well knowledgeable about there products. We will be happy to use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Had a security screen installed on the front door in 2019. Have had issues with the door closer attachments since it was installed. Went to unscrew the screws to try to fix it on the weekend only to realise it's only been attached through the metal frame and nothing behind it!Contacted Vincent's and was advised that this is completely normal. In my opinion it's dodgy workmanship. What's normal about being able to pull the plate and screws straight from the frame with your bare hands - no screwdriver needed!I don't recommend this company as they do dodgy work and then refuse to fix when you realise and it's out of warranty.Update: Without the door closer, the screen when opened just flys and hits the wall if there is any wind around. (3.5 yrs life span on the good working order of your screen door is poor form for me).Why would I pay Vincent's a call out fee to come fix your own dodgy job?!?

I would just like to say thank you so much to you all there at Vincent Security for everything from start to finish. I love my security screens and my crimsafe door! They done an excellent job and in a timely manner. We had Chris come out and quote us and what I loved about him was how honest he was and he explained things in detail as other companies rushed me, he definitely knew the product he was selling! Will use this company again.

Initially very disappointed as I was provided with a set timeframe for delivery and installation of security screens till I raised my frustration given I was going to be away for a few weeks. Fortunately, they took my dissatisfaction on board to speed up my order and their trades person to organise installation asap. The employee who did the installation was thorough, professional and diligent in my dealings.

I never usually post anything...BUT for anyone who is looking to have Crimsafe installed in their homes i can not recommend this company enough. Matthew did our installation at Mt Gravatt East. Tried to obtain three quotes for a crimsafe security door for the front of our house. Vincent Security were the only company we could easily obtain a quote from in a reasonable time frame. The person who came to measure and quote could not have been more helpful and friendly. We had left it until shortly before Christmas and he was unable to say if it could be done before Christmas as the whole industry is currently very busy.They then contacted me to make an installation date 11 days before Christmas - very impressed, as this is a larger than average door and therefore a custom job. The installation man arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently - also very helpful and friendly. Payment was easy to arrange with a friendly lady over the phone. All in all very impressed with the professional service from this company. I highly recommend.

Matthew came to fix a faulty lock on my security door. While he was here I spoke to him about Crim safe on a few windows that didn't have it already.He said he could measure up while he was there and by that afternoon, I had the quote back from Vincent Security.I look forward to getting my new screens fitted in a few weeks.It is a pleasure to deal with such friendly people.Thank you Vincent Security.
