We waited 25 minutes for some basic food. Pretty ordinary the kids behind the counter had no direction and there was a happy meal on the counter the whole time while they looked for whose it was. Glad we didn’t order a happy meal.

The worst Big Mac ever the Pattie’s were dry and overcooked and the entire bun was messy. If I hadn’t known better I would have thought I ordered a cheeseburger.

Waited 22 minutes from the time we placed our order in store to when our food was ready. Then the quater pounder was cold, but we ate it anyway because we didn't want to wait another 20 mins. Seems you are not a priority if you order in store. So much for fast food""

Went here Saturday night after the football the toilets were out of order and that was ALL the toilets they had them all blocked off. The place was filthy with staff just standing around chatting when they could have been cleaning the disgusting tables and chairs there was rubbish everywhere food smeared on tables and chairs but their conversation was obviously more important. I ordered a burger that was customised so I had to wait longer which I’m happy to do but when you wait longer thinking you’re getting a fresh made burger and it’s cold when you eat it this is not acceptable McDonald’s Broadmeadow get some staff that take pride in their work place and customer service because this is the worst one I’ve ever been to. I gave one star only because I had to but in reality my rating is -5 stars. Nothing nice about your restaurant at all.

Move the chips to the side and this is how it looks. Everything looks like they are just dumped together. Also might as well don’t give the napkins when both napkins given are served with oil and sauces. Don’t work if you do not have the heart to properly pack our food.

A nice large, modern store with plenty of room and easy parking. Staff were very helpful. Food was fine, just standard McDonald's fare.

Macca's quality aside, the staff at this location are the worst of any location I've been to. They have consistently messed up my order more times than they have gotten it correct. At some point you have to ask if it's on purpose because statistically they should be doing better even if they hired a bunch of monkeys with theoretical typewriters.

Food was fine, but the customer service? Really not sure how to feel. Me and some of my friends (including one of our friends who is in the younger grades of primary) went to this McDonald’s after school. I was waiting for my friends when the younger girl comes over saying that when she ordered, a McDonald’s employee had said “Who ordered 22 whipped butters? You want some s*x with that?”. I’m not sure if my friends were telling the truth, but I really hope not.

Dining area was filthy, in the half hr we were there no one cleaned tables.I ordered the crispy chicken burger, cardboard would have tasted better. Absolutely disgusting! The iced chocolate tasted like weak chocolate milk.
