You guys are my new plumbers. Mark came and did a free quote and told me about a problem I would have in the future with the tap I was going to buy from Bunnings. I was ripped off by an unqualified plumber and left me with a damaged and leaking vanity, please see photo 1. I was appalled with the way I was treated by this company. I was completly overcharged for a simple job.I then received a txt with an amount and account number . The owner then proceeded to call me all afternoon when I had already advised my husband would pay once he was home and when we received an actual invoice so I could show my husband what we were charged for, he began yelling at me and said no that will just double my paperwork if I make an invoice or how about I just go and rip it all back out of there and never call me again. Had to pay without an invoice as we're actually worried he would go back and cause damage to the property.

Professional, honest, pre-fixed price.John did an excellent sewer high pressure jetting for me. Quality job and very caring. I highly recommend these guys.

Very good and quick service. I just posted a job for dishwasher installation and called me immediately. I thought the service was for next day but they did it that day also. They arrived in my apartment after few minutes and installed it quickly (just maybe an hour).Very quick after service too. Had a leak after installation but they came back immediately to fix it.Thank you so much Adam for quick responses and call. And thanks so much Richie and Mark for the very good service. I definitely recommend them if you need any plumbing services.

Richard arrived on time, was polite and efficient. He explained what he needed to do and kept me informed throughout the job. I asked him to look at a few other issues whilst he was on site and he was very happy to complete, nothing was a problem. Will definitely use again.

If there is an option, I would give 10 stars. Mark did an excellent job at our new place. We recently bought a house and it turned out, that the inspector missed to identify that the plumbing work in the house was a mess. We called couple of other companies who provided similar price what Mark gave us, except, that Mark was able to find all the issues while others could not. He really looks after the customers and really care about his quality of work he provides. Most of the time I try and fix things around the house on my own, because of the bad experience I have had with professionals, but now I know I have a plumbing company I can always trust and ask for help. Thank you Mark and Adam.

Just wanted to thank Ronnie from Rhino plumbing for sorting out 2 of my jobs at Whalan.I had a serious leak, involved a bit of fuss. Liaising with Sydney water, property manager, a builder and tenants.I sent one detailed text of the description required for the job. I got call backs with updates on the jobs progress (wasn’t expected, but I appreciate the transparency). Then the jobs were done.Stress free, fuss free transaction.Thanks again.
