Beautiful shop with the most thoughtful staff! The gentleman that served me was really patient and insightful, never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable, which extends to all the staff there.I don’t often buy jewellery as gifts and he thoroughly answered all of my questions.Could not be happier with the service, thank you Sassano’s!

I wanted a solid gold chain made up and they were thorough with the process. They knew exactly what they were talking about!The blonde women was super helpful and kind, making sure I got exactly what I wanted!Made it a very comfortable experience.The chain is beautiful quality and would definitely go visit them again. Wouldn’t go to anyone else for my Jewllery now!

Got gifted a necklace from here a few months ago, only wore it 4 times for special occasions. I was walking and the necklace just fell off, I took it back in with receipt saying that the item was faulty as one of the rings broke, they then said they will fix it for $75 to get one tiny ring clamped back together, and that it would take them 3 weeks to do so. Now I’m left with a broken necklace that can’t be worn because it wasn’t made correct in the first place.

Bought some lovely silver earrings but they are heavy and unfortunately have a tiny thin piece of wire which does not hold. It unclips easily and the earrings fall off. I tried to explain to them that they are not fit for purpose because of this but they wouldn't exchange or fix the issue. After arguing a bit with the manager he tightened them for me which was nice but still they do not hold so I can only wear them around the house and they always fall off!! Wish I'd bought some inexpensive ones now..money down the drain

I've been shopping at Sassano's for 4+ years now and I'd never trust anyone else to sell and create jewelry. I've bought many gifts for friends from this shop and plenty more for myself.Customer service has always been amazing from the staff. They're friendly and willing to always help out by any means.Would highly recommend! 10/10 shop and will continue to shop there.

The owner was aggressive and rude and in his response to this review has lied about my behaviour as being aggressive...But he also said I was filming his staff...So it defies logic that I would be both aggressive and film myself being aggressive...I have followed up with police and will be taking this further. Please read the list of 1 star reviews before purchasing from this shop. They refer to the owner consistently as rude. Now let me tell you of a truly horrible retail experience I had at this jewellery store. I purchased a bangle for my daughter. The owner said I could return it if it doesn't suit her style. My daughter did not like the bangle. When I tried to return it, they refused to allow me to return the item. The owner denied that he said I could return it. He became aggressive yelling Are you calling me a liar?". He refused me a credit note when I reminded him he had agreed to me returning the item if my daughter did not like it. I am legally entitled to this. I was there with my mother at the time of purchase and she is my witness. And then when I said I was taking my complaint to consumer affairs
