My experience was very good. Mona had taken personal care of my hair and she advised me of the colour choice that will be suitable for my long black hair. It had turned better than what I expected. Thank you so much Mona.

One of the worst when it comes to customer service. Asked me to wait outside which I did with 2 of my boys for over 20 minutes. When my turn came I am told that someone else had an appointment before me and she forgot to tell me so I will have to wait longer. Pathetic customer experience and I had to leave without a haircut. No wonder there are so many 1 star reviews. You guys deserve no more. Wish there was a 0 star option. Will not recommend this shop to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

I went in and asked the lady cutting my hair for a 2 on the sides and a little bit off the top. She then proceeded to not follow clear instructions and nearly made me bald, and on top of that the lady had a bad attitude. Completely ruined my hair, could tell she did not care at all. Sides are patchy, she literally just wanted to get it over and done with. Horror cut and service.

Worst haircut ever. Asked for scissor cut and the first lady ran away , says she couldnt do it and told the other one to do it. My impression : they cant be qualified hairdressers . 2 staff ( are they actually staff or subcontractors??) full house , waited 50 min. Paid $50. Now have to pay again a qualified hairsalon , because it cant stay the way it is , thay bad. Nit going back there . Horrible. They shouldnt be allowed to do that to people, everybody else is held responsible for bad workmanship!

Not only did they tell me to come back in 20 minutes (and then told me I have to get back in line) but when we were on the way home and my son’s hair dried, I noticed she had cut a straight fringe and it was SO crooked. Waste of $20 and my son looks ridiculous.

I went to this place recently based on what I thought was a fair price (I'm not looking for the typical urban legend/beard/swept back hair look). Despite the negative reviews, I was willing to give this place a go instead of paying too much for something I didn't want or need. In the end I'm glad I did as I was happy with the outcome. Yes, the woman who did my hair was a bit bossy but after reading these reviews I already knew to politely stand my ground regarding the cut and length so I ended up getting what I wanted for a price I was happy to pay. For the price and result, I'll be going back again and overlook the manner of the stylist..... there are far bigger issues in life to deal with at the moment.

Had a terrible experience first time but came a second time. Had to wait over an hour and when I was called up, my phone was dead but I had my double dose vaccinated card. The Asian lady understood I couldn't sign in and said it was fine if I just had my card, but the other lady with the accent said I needed a phone. I tried using a family members phone but she said I couldn't do that either. Speaking to us in a rude way saying we don't understand what she's saying and possibly racially motivated. Ended up leaving after wasting an hour and dealing with terrible staff. The Asian lady was reasonable and understanding however

Worst hair salon in australia!!Had a confirmed appointment via phoneWent to colour but they said i have no bookinSo rebooked for full colour n hair.. They made mistake on first time with hair colour n asked to come back again for fixup and charged 200$ for this mistake.. Wasted my time my money and my hair.. Avoid this salon if you luv your hair.
