A cosy little cafe just outside the main centre. Excellent coffee, but bit pricey - the only reason I'm giving this 3 stars. $4.00 for a regular latte (which looks like a small size in reality), $4.90 for a large (which should be regular size).

Amazing coffee. Was totally worth it to take a stop here while on the way to Grampians.The owner lasy was very welcoming. Will visit here again when I visit Ballarat.

One word, Yum! They serve the best soy lattes in Ballarat! The menu is small but very Yum and they have a really nice selection of cakes. Will be back every time I visit Ballarat for a coffee!

Fabulous local cafe with great food, and the coffee is also fabulous. For such a small place their range is awesome. They post daily special menus on facebook which is great. They also have small special homemade objects for sale too. So I can grab a coffee, a chat and someones birthday present at the one place... Ballarat East needs more cafes and Vegas & Rose has set the standard very high.
